Just did a count up of Primes and… it’s a little sobering, given that I’m kind of indifferent to Prime, but since that’s the one everyone chooses to do lots of version of and try out some interesting ideas on, then that’s what gets bought. I guess it ends in a bit of a vicious cycle - I’d much rather more places tried stuff out like Lemon Tree Purple Potato or the Archecore stuff, rather than just plonking an Optimus noggin on everything…

I did the model kit, my first ever one in fact. It was amazing right up until i put the final pieces on and it didn't suddenly become a super durable action figure and stayed a fragile (though supremely posable) collection of parts.

The scary thing is there are dozens I've sold on, and dozens more I've never even had in my collection. There are several Prime focused collectors who have hundreds more than me.

The one thing you can say about Amazon exclusives, is at least we have bloody Amazon in this country!

Wreckers wrumours: The G2 Leadfoot from Mirage speculation is presumably fuelled by his appearing that way in the new Wreckers comic; I'd be interested for my IDW1 shelf... I'd have thought Titans Return TwinTwist (and Misfire, for that matter) would be obvious candidates for the Retro Headmasters subline, though I can see how the Salt Man redecoes will appeal to some collectors, hey maybe both will happen... wondering if the Bulkhead remould would be Pyro... appeal of Thunderclash from Motormaster depends on how good the new Motormaster is, and whether they'd just leave out the pricey trailer... would prefer Sandstorm to Springer personally as I'm happy with lanky T30 green lad but don't have lanky T30 orange lad... if we're getting weaponisers I'll cross my fingers for Rack&Ruin.
