Provided this information is accurate, I'm definitely not interested in springer or impactor (unless impactor has his FOC colors like someone suggested).

Definitely interested in the mammoth fossilizer, and the spinosaurus to an extent as well (still hoping we get a translucent Wingfinger recolor though). Bulkhead retool, kinda depends who it is, but its likely someone I'd grab if I'm being honest with myself.

Topspin and Twintwist are big maybes. Mostly coming down to their colors. If their classic colors, absolutely. I'd rather they have new non-headmaster molds, but if they insist on giving us the TR ones oh well. If they're the slat-man/robot-man whatever colors, then they're a maybe, and I'd have to see them first.

Edit: oh yeah, and Leadfoot. I'd love a Leadfoot, even from Kingdom Mirage. I just hope they swap Mirage's weapons for a rotor with the same kind of spinning method as Seige Springer's rotor piece. If not, I'm sure 3P will do something (though, that would make both versions of the mold that I would need an upgrade kit to complete, which I'd rather not have to resort to).

 

I don’t know, @Apollux posted a follow-up that made it seem pretty conclusive (see below), the only thing I’m not sure of is ‘which’ alternate deco they’d use, as I believe the Jumpstarters each had 3 different Saltman / Robotman decos to choose from.

 

Oh good catch, my bad. I'm quite content with the Takara Legends versions, so no big deal to me either way. We'll see what we get!

 

@Apollux I was pretty pleasently surprised to see Fossilizers returning and hopefully there will be more in the future.

However, this brings the question, if they're planning to make more Fossilizers, could they be planning on making toy-only BW characters? I just want to know if there's some hope.

Same here. I missed out on Twin Twist because he and Misfire were so hard to find for some reason. Then people sold him for like $30+.

My God I miss this thread for a day and I miss out of Jumpstarter repaints?? I have the Legends ones, so they’d have to be one of the other colors to justify me wanting them.

 

The TF Wiki section of the Wreckers's page addressing 3H has Fractyl, Packrat, and Tap Out as members. Doesn't seem likely, but I hope they happen, because the molds are sure there.

No idea sorry, I believe the fossilizer retools are primarily to make the most out of the mold budget and tempt people who aren't interested in the repaints they'll be paired with, similar to the G1/BW packs that came out recently.

But there's always hope.
Maybe 2024 once they have the sales data from all the retro/original figure BW releases?

I'm buying two of each of those reissues now.

 

I sure hope it goes beyond that, because I really don't want more BW figures to be held hostage by sales of the retro releases.

Which repaints will they be paired with by the way? More BW characters?

Speaking of which and since you mentioned that they're planning retools to make the most out of the budget, what are the possibilities of other BW retools? Dinobot into Hardhead and Dinotron makes the most sense but I wonder what could Rhinox be retooled into? (Still waiting for that B'Boom/Apache retool from Primal).
