Goddammit, I'm due MOTU Origins figures, stuff from Oz and Sophie Raworth knows what from Pulse, but all I want is something new to open today! And I know damn well I'll struggle to keep any of it for the weekend
    ...

That Doc Strange certainly isn't just so I could get free delivery and will be cancelled, oh no... they seriously need to sort that release schedule, like what genius decided shipping all the Golden Disc figures within a month was a good idea?

If these go over well I'd be VERY interested in more classic 2000AD characters like Rogue Trooper, Nemesis and Torquemada, Johnny Alpha and Wulf Sternhammer and, of course, the ABC Warriors. It's hard to believe we've never had toys of some of 'em!

Just popped to Smyths to pick up Kingdom Rodimus, the Kingdom Spoiler Box and the reissue BW Optimus Primal whilst they were all cheap. No Waspinators, which would have been nice, and as has been said elsewhere, only three MOTU Masterverse figures - Battlecat, He-Man and Skeletor. I'll pick up a Skeletor at some point I'm sure.

This weeks haul is getting out of hand, lol.

Sadly my Jackpot has the mis-aligned head, but hopefully a little silver paint can hide most of the problem.

I've got the Mutant Tigertron on 16 Dec email from Pulse.

And one for Terrorsaur who is now coming 31 Jan.

I've also got the strange Dr Strange email - "You get a Dr Strange, you get a Dr Strange and you get a DrStrange".

    I haven't ordered Dr Strange.

    I also got it!
Upon double checking I’m guessing it’s 100% a system generated error and both him and Terrorsaur have the same product ID.

31st Jan for bird boy is good news!

I just checked, I'd thought about ordering him but must have decided on two Terrorsaurs instead lol.

To quote Deadwood, everybody likes a bit of Strange... especially on the million to one chance it's free!

    Carrick after the game,

"Fred is the best we've got at what he does".

Which would seem to indicate his role is being a really ineffective Wolverine. Nice to finally have someone at the club clear that up :D

    I got the Strange e-mail too o_O

Magic Square Scrapper & Mixmaster have been posted from Show Z Store.

    Packages arrived,

Steelbook of "The Web Of Fear" Special Edition. Very nice artwork and the newly animated part has what has become the standard option to watch in black & white or colour.

Also saw that the very first Yeti story "The Abominable Snowmen" is next on the slate for the animated treatment :)

Slowly but surely the 2nd Doctor's run is edging closer to completion :)

The other package was slightly suprising as it was the 2nd order from Ringside Collectibles I'm expecting which was posted after the other one.

The RSC Exclusive figure of Cactus Jack based on his ECW days is excellent, easily the best Mick Foley likeness so far, 2 sets of hands, the finger guns for the "Bang! Bang! pose and the usual grabby hands,

I've got some spare closed fists he can have as well.

He's got a soft goods ECW t-shirt and there's a black vest or singlet top under that. The tights say "Cactus" on either side and the only oddity to me is the boots which are more like moon boots than the leopard skin cowboy boots I'm more accustomed to with Cactus but I never really saw ECW so it could be accurate for all I know.

The other accessory is an ECW title belt.

The main box is mostly in black with some barbed wire on it and there's a photo of the man himself with a bio on the back. There's also an insert that opens out to form a small backdrop with the older ECW logo in red & yellow on it.

    Very solid release.

    @Napalm,
    Spark Toys, that's it!

    EDIT,
Now I've got an e-mail for Terrorsaur who I definitely pre-ordered.

Strange was an instant pass as I'm done messing around with shitty plastic capes and he isn't a priority character even for the comic Avengers shelf.

A possible explanation for this anomaly could be that some ferrets have infiltrated Pulse HQ and are doing a bit of mischief. Rebecca isn't responsible as she's having a kip :D

I'm confused by the blizzard of Pulse froth in my inbox, did I order a Doc Strange or didn't I...........?

I did order Terry Saw so that better happen.

And they've bumped The Winter Soldier to the 16th December along with Tigger-the-TonyTron - so that's Bankruptcy Day getting more attendees. If I wasn't able to cancel a bunch of stuff that lot would need their own delivery van. Sort it Hasbro!

And now, presenting the latest entry in the Findus Crispy Pancake Remember the '80s Range it's............Not Pipes & The Other Orange One! Huzzah! IMG_20211124_150603.jpg

Being honest not much about this says "Premium and well worth £47" does it.

Oh, and I'm doing what @Napalm did and listing down all my Optimi........I'm still counting...........

Edit: Feck my Old Bedspread now Lift-Ticket is joining the "I'm Early....Pay Us!" Party too!

Yup, 31st of January. I've the distinct feeling the deal with Amazon didn't quite pan out how either expected it to.

    First up happy birthday @barry.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. Took my wife out today to do some Thanksgiving food shopping. She's determined to still do that for us. While wandering around Boro we found a new Geek Retreat restaurant/gaming shop there. Same branding as the one in Newcastle. We had some excellent burgers and got talking to the owners, saw their D&D dungeon they made checked out some MTG players. Exactly what she needed to get her mind off things. She's asleep on the couch at the moment while I tidy the kitchen.

In other news I FORGOT I HAD GOLDEN DISK JACKPOT ON PRE-ORDER. Was reminded when the dispatch email came today. Oh well he'll be here soon.

So it seems every 10 mins Pulse are going to make life slightly more awkward....... Screenshot_20211124-155621.png

That is now 9 different items adding up to over £240 waiting to drop on that one day now.

Distrib is fucked, the World is upside down we know all that - but how can they possibly think this is sensible?

And this is the first part of the Optimus List: Screenshot_20211124-155156.png

It's 39 Hastak Ops so far (without resorting to TFWiki for memory jogs) - not including any doubles or things with loads of repaints. Plus no Nemis or Shat-The-Glass types either. I'll do 3Ps later. In short....it's a few.

I got the Dr Strange email too, shortly followed by the Terrorsaur email. Hoping this was just an email glitch and i'm not gonna end up with a Strange instead of Terrorsaur.
