The lines running horizontally across the sticker make me think that the previous owner printed it themselves.

Yep, you're right. I also have those but never got around to applying them -- man, I regret not getting the Sideburn/Mirage stickers. The Sweve stickers could also be clearbacked, but the others I have (or had) not. So not the give away I thought it could be.

Full page advert for BT-01 in the back of the instruction manual for Transformers: Call of the Future for PS2 (Japan only)

I feel the call of the past more strongly honestly.

Interesting? Why? I'm not too crazy about them, but it does help with the balance. The first pic especially appears a bit awkward...

I prefer the more ‘complete’ foot look - a bit like why I used to turn the feet around on Big Spring, it’s my personal preference on aesthetic. My figure, my choice :thumb

I am just discovering this line. If I understand correctly, Alternators and Binaltech use the same molds but binaltech is mostly all metal while alternators are all plastic, right? So basically the binaltech version is always superior? Thinking of getting Optimus Prime, I should go wit binaltech, right?

More metal, not most. Superior... It depends what you want to do with them. If you want to customize, alternators are easier.

I just want to display them. Are the car panels mostly plastic or metal? What parts are usually metal?

Some of the Binaltech figures were also somewhat top heavy due to the die cast. So posing the BT figures was sometimes more problematic than the Alts. Also, the BTs are more prone to paint scratches since most of the car body is die cast and therefore painted.

This is the closest answer for me. Binaltech is just different, not "superior", generally speaking.

I wish my jazz was a binaltech because I'm guessing it wouldn't have yellowed the way my alternator did.
