Fortunately it's broken in a good place, adhesive putty in-between the two hip pieces should do the job.

So I saw today's FT reveal. Looks cool, but I think I'll stick with this guy. However, although he's got pretty neat light piping he looks dead on a shelf. So I decided to paint it, and am very happy with the results:

Unfortunately, when I was putting him back, he broke, like he did to @Megatron118 @Rath @Destructimis Prime and several others. Kinda was expecting it, but not pleased about it. Glued him back together, and he (well, the glue) is currently curing on my desk. So a question to those who had his issue: does he hold up well after being glued together again? I really like him and want to stay with him as 'my' Jazz , and although it wasn't that much of a surprise, it did bum me out a bit. Especially since he pops much more with the painted visor.

had mine since last february, it was a lightly used copy. i mess with him fairly often but he's only been transformed maybe 10 times. i just messed with all his leg and waist joints and nothing crumbled, so fingers crosssed.

I just stressed the waist seeing if I could break it. But it’s all good :thumb  glue has held. 18FB33EC-DF77-4685-AECB-70F347BFD511.jpeg B28EA300-E010-46B6-A4D4-4BCD038A9A29.jpeg B5C05A2F-6C73-45C4-82A4-BB05AD9632CF.jpeg

Cool! I haven't glued mine back together yet, I have a few repairs in the works and was going to try to do all of them at once.

Mine's still curing, but I'm cautiously optimistic. I used superglue (to be more specific, Gorilla Glue gel, as I was afraid the normal version would be too runny and bind parts that should be moving (the legs).

Mine fell apart a couple years back, still haven't glued him back together since I'm missing one of his hip skirts, I'm hoping I can finally fix him in about a year once I can check the rest of my collection to see if it fell in there. Unfortunately the majority of my stuff is on another continent lol.

This just happened to mine the other day when I took it down to dust it :(

Surprisingly TF-Source isn't too willing to do anything about it?? lol

Ohhh that's not good. I wasn't aware GT was using weak plastic in anything prior to Defensor. I am afraid to check my Jazz now.

Disassembled mine to see what it looks on the inside and yeah, the same part has already developed some serious cracks. There is no breakage yet but it will be only a matter of time. I'm considering drilling the holes deeper and use longer screws if I can find any.
Additionally, most of the pins on my J4zz started to rust. It's especially prominent on the one at the small flap that covers the hole in front of his head.

This unfortunately is very common with him. The good news is that you can superglue it together, and it actually holds very well (happened to me and several others, you may want to peruse this thread). Still, shame that this happens, cause I like this toy a lot.
However, I don't think they had this issue since then, so the protectobots should be good (knock on wood).

    Great pic :thumb

Maybe it is just because I love IDW 1.0, but I like the IDW one better.
