I don't think it was the DKR Joker that had a gun, it was the Hush version. That was actually just released and added to my HLJ Warehouse. I was really curious if they did put the gun in the package anyway.

 

Oh, I could have sworn there were pictures of Mafex DKR Joker having a gun at a toy fair of sorts?

I think one toy shop also had a picture of him holding a black handgun too? I could mistaken but because of that I skipped the line.

You’re right on the Hush Joker…there was a signage that his gun would not be included.

I was really hoping that red lion-o would be a 5th figure since he’s just a repaint (+mold updates to be pinless). Oh well, at least we’re getting vultureman.

Vultureman is clearly the star of this wave for me, although I could have seen Bengali taking that spot for me if I had any attachment to the 3 newer Thundercats (I think I barely saw then in the toon growing up).

Considering it's showing some influences from the toy aready, I'm really suprised they didn't add a beefier toy style hammer-arm as an extra pack-in accessory. I'm happy though!

oh man are they really hinting at the Cats Lair? I can't swing the Tank and the Lair and the TMNT Van. Time to choose. I like the van most of all but I have a neca toon tmnt set up so I could pass on the van in favor of the toon line and go all in on TC display... what terrible problems to have haha

 

I liked Bengali as a kid Thoigh I wasn’t into the figures back then. The super7 figure looks really good.

 

I’ve been all in on the line so far but not sure I am going to go for a full $55 priced repaint when there as so many more characters I would have liked to have seen. Don’t get wrong the figure looks great and I knew it was coming from the teaser, but was hoping it was going to be the “5th figure” as a bonus or something.

 

Oh wow, Bengali looks amazing!! They all look great, but I am going to skip Lion-O, but really like him being pinless. Really hope the reissue will be, but probably not.

 

This wave is great, I am buying the set.

 

Yeah unless they did the tooling for the reissue/Mirror Lion-O way in advance, I don't think the reissue will be using this mold.

 

I'm good with Bengali and Vultureman, the other 2 are a pass.

 

Wave 5 looks nice. I think some people correctly predicted which characters were going to be in it ahead of time. I’m kind of surprised they didn’t do either WilyKit or WilyKat, since they’re part of the core team. I’m sure they’ll get to them though.
