A friend of mine who used to work at the Meijer in Taylor told me they just put out a bunch of SS Sweeps and Wreck-Gars, which bums me out because that's too far for me to drive but I need a Sweep, dang it!
As of 8:30 PM Walmart at Hall Road and Romeo Plank had 1 Rotf bee 2 Sideswipe (1 went home with me) 1 B-127 1 Sweep Bunch of reissue Primals 1 Tracks 1 Waspinator 2 Shadow Panthers Be aware that Sideswipe wasn't in the system when I scanned him so you'll need to have an associate price match him with an existing toy.
South Lansing target, neca tmnt Groundchuck, dingbat sets. Motu O wave7. Okemos target had Groundchuck and dirtbag.
Glad you were able to get a Sideswipe. I like this new version...a minor update but I am glad they gave him some better weapon storage for the swords inside the door panels
I got the last ROTF sideswipe from Belleville Walmart. But they still have a lot of sharkticons and kingdom deluxe wave featuring waspinator and shadow panther. Michigan ave. walmart has 4 (yes, four) rotf sideswipe and a sweep and a bunch of other deluxe.
Walmart at 59 and mound is stuffed full of Shadow Panthers, Gnaws, Jazz, Waspinator, and some Galvatrons.
Roseville Target had a Galvatron, a Jolt, a Sideswipe, and a few of the other semi-recent stuff since the last time I checked
Does anyone know of a website, group, thread, etc that is Michigan sightings of Marvel Legends? I know of a Star Wars Thread on Rebelscum, but I don't know of any for Marvel Legends. Thanks!
Ypsi Meijer on Carpenter currently has a pretty solid selection for anyone catching up. Two Cyclonuses, Galvatron, lot of deluxes. Canton Wal Mart on Belleville road also had quite a bit on the peg, Kingdom and SS86 as well as all of the Beast Wars reissues. Still haven't seen a Core Soundwave anywhere though...
Roseville Meijer had a ton of Kingdom Magnuses, one Wreck-Gar, and one Sweep after I bought the other one.
AA/Saline Rd Target was pretty well stocked with Transformers. They also had several of the new Marvel Legends Gamerverse Miles Morales and 1 Hydra Stomper. AA/Saline Rd Meijer had a bunch of Galvatrons, A Wreck-Gar and a bunch of the new kingdom deluxes(waspinator wave). They had 1 Marvel Legends What If Sylvie. The rest of their legends were from the Ant Man and the Wasp Wave. Very strange. I never see new legends or Black Series at Meijer.
I don't know of any current ones. I sorta recall one years back but sites have kinda fallen away to social media hang outs. I try to include Legends now and then in SW and TF posts when I see new stuff. I just have had money issues the last 2 months and toys are very low on my list of things I need to pay for right now. Meijer has been backlogged for over a year with older Hasbro stock for both SW Black Series and Marvel Legends. They have missed a lot of Black series waves completely. Good news though, I did see Aurra Sing and Gen. Lando today at Canton Meijer while out grabbing a few things for Thanksgiving. I of course had to leave them on the pegs due to funds...but Meijer is back to be somewhat current.
Nerd out on 9 mile near Ferndale just got a ton of legends in. Might be a place to check out, plus he’s pretty current on releases. I got my Captain Carter there last week. Prices are a bit high. 24 for a fig. But usually has in stock.
I saw a post on Facebook today. I need to get out there, but it's a haul from Ypsilanti. $24-$25 isn't bad for a specialty shop. They're $22.99 at Target and Amazon, so it's not much more.
I want to warn everyone here. I made an attempt to purchase Red Alert through Walgreens’ pick up and all ended with no figure. Wayne canceled mine because they were out of stock/ couldn’t find it, but Belleville and Taylor put in substitutions. I did not get my money back. Belleville did a resend on my charge and said to check back in two days and Taylor said they could only give me store credit. This is because the figures they stuck in the bag don’t match the UPC code with Red Alert. I’m out $49 trying to get it. If I see him, I’ll post where I find him, but don’t trust the the site say’s in stock for pick up. I did ask for them to check the back, but depending on the store, they were too understaffed or confident that they didn’t have him at all. The crew were nice and all, but I took a loss big time.
