I didn't have any problem getting my deposit back for a Bandai DX Armored VF-1J set that I'd preordered with them when I saw the price and shipping were above what I was comfortable paying. I'd guess you'd be ok as long as you asked nicely and in a timely manner.

 

What I don't like about the albino prime is that after G1 they keep using his actual arms and leg joints. That usually ends up looking awkward in areas and limiting his range when you put big, bulky armor on it.

 

I didn't realize they carried Macross items as well. Are they usually competitive on those?

Anyone else find it odd that no comparison pics have been posted next to MP44 in alt mode?

 

It's because the prototype is probably glued together in robot mode. They've only shown renders of the alt mode, no physical pictures.

I went to a store up in Erie that had one of those for sale. I didn't have a grand on me, though.

Honestly, for all the black, white, gray, purple, Ghostbusters, camo, etc repaints of Prime that keep coming I'd really love if TE, Magic Square, or even Hasbro with the Earthrise mold would make a blue Delta Magnus and yellow Shining Magnus.

 

As someone who prefers UM's cartoon design to Optimus, I am tempted to pre-order this but I just can't trust XTB's quality.

Would love to be convinced because it looks great!

 

I’m in the same boat, so very close to pre-ordering because I love the design of Magnus but it’s the engineering that has concerned.

I feel like it will be over complicated and not a fun process. The latest example being Fuzz, he doesn’t look fun to transform or pose at all.
