    uff, mine was delayed in china but once it got to london it was here in 3 days. Might be worth asking show z to query it as that's quite a long time to be sat here and not move. unless customs are being arses with it anyway

    I've got MMC Incursus from Kapow a year or so back and it was missing one of the sliding parts on the knee area. Kapow said they would contact them and never got back to me about it. I completely forgot to chase it up as well so just wondering whether contacting MMC directly is an option, or go back to kapow again?

    I finally figured out what all those black box protectors can be used for. A free alt mode stand for IT-01! Thanks Show.Z for getting IT-01 here safe and including 8 alt mode stands. Now I just need to figure out what to do with the other 9999 plastic pyramids I have been getting with my other shipments. Unfortunately buying and transforming 9999 more IT-01's is not a viable solution, at least according to my wife, so I am open to any other ideas. 20211117_142819.jpg

    There was a problem with BW-03 figure (as well as the problem for BW-02) and replacement parts for BW-03 are needed. The parts are needed so the BW-03 figure combines properly. This is why I am asking.

    So BW-03 will come with replacement parts for BW-02 and BW-03?

    If so this is really good and convenient thanks.

    i haven’t seen this before but I have had exactly this on a parcel recently been stuck at ‘Overseas Transit Delay’ for last two updates over 5 days. Are you UK based? Wondering if it’s a UK issue.

    Update me once you’ve spoken to showz interested in what they say.

    Nice! I ordered an IT-01 from ShowZ and it came with extensive knee damage and zero accessories... They are waiting for replacement parts from the factory instead of shipping me a new one, which has me pretty bummed. I've had a few recent misses with ShowZ store (shipping me the wrong figure, figures without accessories/with damage). Still trying to get someone from customer service to to handle the issues instead of giving me rather non-committal responses. It's a bit frustrating to receive a figure damaged in box, with zero accessories and be told that I have to wait on factory replacements when they have stock of the figure and are selling it to other customers...

    Normally it means the package already arrived at the destination airport and wait to be sorted, normally it caused by lack of staff at the airport

    No in the near future :( , unless GT decide to do a reissue

    Contact MMC customer service will be the best option

    Corner protectors are now becoming a ShowZ Store meme lol

    I wish ShowZ shipped replacements instead of maybe getting parts half a year later in this case as from what I've read, disassembling IT-01 is a painstaking nightmare. To say nothing of the agonizingly long wait.

    Agreed with @AbbytheCat : contact MMC directly.

    I had a similar experience with MMC's Ultio: it broke on first transformation due to a moulding defect. Contacted Kapow, got a very friendly reply, they said they would contact the producer, I replied, they replied...and I didn't hear anything after that.

    When I contacted MMC themselves, they said Kapow had never contacted them and they were completely unaware. A few weeks later I had the replacement parts from MMC.

    Yup! Every other retailer I deal with sends out replacement figures. It is not my job to repair a figure that was sent to me with problems. I paid for a complete, working figure, and I should get one. I did not pay for the privilege of waiting 3 months and then repairing one myself. I am not a craftsman, I am a customer.

    Very turned off by this whole process with them as they have the item in stock.

    They also sent me an item I didn't order and after 3 exchanges still haven't offered to send me a refund or the item I ordered. I don't know who is running their customer service, but it's not what I expect out of a merchant I have sent thousands of dollars to, many times for figures that I pre-ordered and are months away.

    @ShowZStore, @AbbytheCat - There seems to be a daily limit to reviews created and likes for reviews that award the reviewer points. Can you confirm this? After reviewing two figures, a third review I posted on the same day was not awarded points. I've also noticed that likes from other users stop awarding points after 2 or 3 per day, as well. Is there any difference in these limits between standard users and premium accounts?
