I found both Waspinator and Shadow Panther at both Walmarts in Frederick yesterday.

 

Went on a few errands today and here’s what I found:

Towson Walmart

• 1 Shadow Panther and Waspinator
• 1 SS86 Blurr
• A bunch of Wave 3

Towson Target

• 3 SS ROTF Sideswipe
• 1 SS Jolt
• 1 SS Grindor
• 2 Each SS86 Kup and Blurr
• A bunch of origin bumblebee

 

I listen to Justin, Scott, and Spiegel on 98 Rock Baltimore every morning on the way to work.

They have a contest going right now called 5 grand in your hand where they're giving away $5K.

Apparently Scott Reardon mentioned that they had a caller the other day tell them that he would pay off some of his credit card debt if he won the money.

So they asked him why he has so much credit card debt. He said he spent it on.... Wait for it...... Transformers.

So which one of you was this? Lol

 

That’s hilarious. Was Justin empathetic about it? He of all people should’ve been.

 

Justin is out today. But, Scott suggested that maybe the guy should sell his collection to Justin to pay off his credit card debt. lol

 

Definitely not me, but that's pretty hilarious. I've emailed with Justin before, was trying to get him to come to TFCon during 2019, but his football coverage schedule from the station kept him from going. I've seen pics of his collection and it's very nice. Lots of MOC from movie line. He's a real down to earth guy, and always appreciative of other collectors. Said he gets a lot of negative comments about the show usually, but I've been listening to JSS since moving to MD five years ago. It's not everyone's brand of comedy for the morning, but it sure helped me on the long train rides down to DC.

5K on Transformers might seem like a lot but I've seen AFA collectors plunk that down in a heartbeat.

 

Justin’s standup and the Murder Mystery Comedy events are well worth checking out. I’ve seen them a few times and can confirm Justin is a cool dude in person.

 

Hagerstown Walmart (Garland Groh) has a shit ton of Kingdom Core w3. I understand most have seen this wave, but it’s new around here. Thus, I now have a tiny Soundwave that I didn’t need, but DAMN is he cool! Holy shit such a cool little Soundwave! Would make a cool desk-bot, if only I worked behind a desk! But I don’t so now I just have a tiny Soundwave.

Pocomoke City Walmart had new stuff finally. Picked up a sweep and waspinator. They had all of wave 3 and 4 deluxes one more sweep and a wreck-gar. Been almost a year since they had anything.

Four buzzworthy BBs at Ritchie Hwy Target

 

Just saw a Wreck Gar and two sweeps at the Catonsville Walmart. Still there if anyone wants them.

 

Towson Target has a Shadow Panther, Some Ultra Magnus', and a ton of cores.

 

Anyone see any Studio Series 86 Grimlocks floating around. Thought they may reappear closer to the holidays.
