Hmm, it looks like to me, from photos, that toy copy does not have tabbing issues on?! shoulders?

 

The shoulder could be on just a few copies, since it is an assemble part but the tab on the arm missing for drag strip is something that I think will be on all copies, since that is a mold defect.

 

I hear you. I guess this is the risk of KOs? Be keen to know how you/they go.

According to user comments in BW's Weibo post here, seems like the shoulder issue is a mould issue as well, as someone has tried to remove and swap the shoulder parts and it doesn't work, and more than 1 person has said that the mould needs to be fixed.

Another user has a temporary fix for getting Dead End to sit flush by moving the offending tab out of the way:

I'll certainly let the thread know. I'll probably just end up confusing them. With timezones and everything communication is quite staccato. People have warned in this thread to buy from a proven after sales store like Show Z. Would be interested to know what they'll do.

Are BW taking the feedback on board? Have they acknowledged there's a problem or made any comment about what they may do?

If you don't mind getting replacement parts and fixing your figure in the future, then go ahead to buy. Else wait for fixed ones.

If only you lived in the States,I would gladly sell you my 2 sets for a fair price. I honestly think I'm @ 85% of calling it quits on this set. Each set they have released have had issues here and there and are forgiveable IMO but this is just ridiculous @ this point. Makes you wonder those nice pics that are on ShowZ are of the actual MS set instead of the KO?

 

honestly when the figures are bigger and cost nearly the same, if not less then the originals then im not too surprised at the faulty QC. hopefully these are just bad copies that will be fixed eventually

 

The first pics of the full team are of the MS set. You can tell by the shade of yellow on Dragstrip, lighter than BW's, and Breakdown's feet are entirely blue, while the BW version has white soles. As for the Menasor pics? Idk.

 

The black background shots on ShowZ are all Magic Square.

You can sometimes spot the BW dragstrip on Menasor as he doesn't have a silver trim under his front bumper like the MS version has.
