I’d like a prime Ratchet. If it get remolded from the upcoming SS86 that’s good enough for me but I’d prefer a brand new faithful mold.

Considering how the other 3 Prime characters have gone, getting a unique, "faithful" figure seems like a pipe dream

Yeah I know. Ratchet is my favorite of the prime autobots though so I want to hold out hope.

Looks like Bluestreak is the first Legacy figure to be released to shelves (according to leakers at the warehouse)

The current trend means it's more likely you will get a Legacy Crankcase repaint....

Prime Ratchet and Crankcase sharing a mold wouldn't be a bad idea. There have been worse mold mates.

Sharing a mold would also give them both something new to complain about. :p

I'm still campaigning for Prime Universe Cliffjumper, but I will 100% take a Ratchet. I'd take Smokescreen and Wheeljack too, I'd take them all

Plesiosaurs are cool, but unless the battle occurs near a river/lake/ocean, they’re gonna be in bot mode way more often than not.

And across canon Dinobots do indeed usually possess the power of flight!

Paddles would make for a nice contrast with Snarl, and share a similar weakness in that he is less powerful/more energy-consuming outside of his ideal environment, and vastly more efficient when in it.

I think ER Hoist/Trailbreaker would be a much better base for Ironhide, I can't see Bulkhead being retooled into a pickup truck.

I could maybe see a hybrid AOE/Animated/IDW Lockdown working from one of the Stunticons as a heavy retool, if and only if they're larger-Deluxe-sized in robot mode, because Lockdown needs to be at least a bit taller than average for a carbot. (The scale chart has them about the same height as Ironhide and Ratchet, so they could be, but in the Legacy group shot Dragstrip looks pretty average hegiht for a Deluxe, so I'm not betting on it.) I'd prefer he be made from Dead End because that'd be easier to reshell into a muscle car, but as long as the robot mode still looks good and incorporates some Animated/IDW design elements and colors I'd be fine with him being made from Wildrider or Breakdown as a supercar.

I would actually be ok with a flying plesiosaur dinobot. Bring it on!

Funny enough I do have in mind doing an AOE styled Lockdown from Commander Class Rodimus Prime but without the trailer obviously. Mostly just retool him to not have the spoiler, give him a new head and you got a CHUG AOE Lockdown. I chose Kingdom Rodimus Prime as opposed to SS 86 Hot Rod mostly because Lockdown in AOE was just as tall as Optimus there.

Speaking of Roddy Prime! Waiting for that line where Hot Rod combines with the fembots Minerva, Elita 1, Windblade, and Arcee to form “Optimus Rodimus-Giganticus”, abbreviated as OR-G

I do want a Prime Cliffjumper as well, Smokescreen I'd take as well (since I prefer those overall designs over they're G1 selves). Wheeljack would be interesting since Jackie is a bit more G1 looking with curves than the other characters in TFP (like Starscream or even Cliff and Smokescreen).

I could see him working as a heavy retool from Hot Rod, but only if his car mode could be reshelled into an Earth vehicle (I at least want to keep that aspect of him even if he can't stay a muscle car). Rodimus would just be too large in vehicle mode IMO, and Hot Rod's faux chest would make it a lot easier to make him more accurate in both modes. Assuming that Legacy Override is indeed still a Hot Rod retool though, I'd rather not have a third iconic character sharing that body type even with major retooling.

Of course, my top choice for Lockdown would be a new Voyager-class mold that's about the height of Optimus Prime in robot mode and turns into a regular-sized Earth muscle car, but who knows if that'll ever happen.

If they don't mind having two white-and-red Autobots sharing the same mold, I think a new Prime Wheeljack would be perfect for remolding into a new Drift.
