Had anyone ever bought the Show.Z points? If so, do the points get credited to your account right away?

the $20 increments? Those usually take a day for someone to manually apply the bulk of them as i recall. The basic points for purchasing $20(for example) of "something" applies automatically & immediately though.

 

Just had an email from showz to say my package (iIt01)was returned by china customs for an unknown reason and a new one/new tracking number will be sent out

@ShowZStore @AbbytheCat or anyone else: Does anyone know if the restock of NA Agamemnon (Megs) comes with the redesigned legs? Or is the re-release still the same as the original?

 

The computer program knows you bought a $20 item and can instantly apply the 1%/3%(or even 5% tomorrow) points. But as said above, the cash register program doesn't know that you just bought 2000 ShowZ points. ShowZ staff needs to manually input all those points in the coming days so expect a couple day lag before you can use them. And on 11/11 it may take longer than usual for all those points to be manually entered.

There's no extra savings for using points right now is there? I don't know of any advantage to paying with points today versus yesterday or next month.

Well, I get 199 x5 points back. Thats the advantage.

 

I was only planning on dropping like $100 on this sale since I'm just a "casual" TF collector, figured I might find something small I wanted...but then I ordered FT Skyfire. Oops?

 

You only earn points against the cash you're paying on a purchase. My long term strategy is to not use points today and maximize the purchases that I'm getting 5% back. Next month when I get another pre-order due, then I'll splurge and use my points. It is a strategy that works if youre going to be making future purchases. If you don't shop at ShowZ much then maybe you would want to use your points now.

 

I just don't see any new sales from when I looked earlier.

You get less points though because you used some to pay for the order. If you just paid full price, you would have gotten 1375 points. Interesting though that it still let you use the $4 coupon even though you paid less than 200 in cash.

I know I got less points, but I was waiting for Quietus to come back on sale. I started collecting MPs 3 weeks ago.

 

They closed that loophole for 11.11.
