Tempted on Ratchet simply for the colors and design. But I'll pass on the rest. They look fine but are not my cup of tea.

I just now noticed how they mistransformed the jaw on the Ravage. Weird.

These all look awesome, but the one I\'m mainly interested in is the Brawn, as I don\'t have a Brawn currently. I\'m preordering him for sure.

 

That is from the Transformers vs G.I. Joe comic series that ran between 2014 and 2016.

 

Soundwave looks like a Dropship with ravage a drop pod. I wonder if they will do more cassetticons in this style.

 

Honestly, as someone who wasn't looking forward to these figures existing, I think they all look terrific.

I also think the faces at this point can't really be helped. They were never all that great but didn't need to hold up to scrutiny since these characters were on screen for seconds each. So the toys actually seem to have done a little better with Brawn and Ratchet in that department.

I also don't think there's an issue with Core Class in SS and don't see how it devalues the line, considering it seems like the focus will be on characters appropriate for the scale (I don't understand Shockwave, but whatever).

 

In for Brawn...but only because I immediately had an oddball custom idea for him...

Yeah I'll be honest, looking at it more (and especially with the GI Joe vs comparison), I genuinely think that if this was a ship in like, halo or something, and there wasn't the knowledge that it turned into a robot, Soundwave's alt mode would be fully accepted as a space vehicle.

I'm actually liking it more and more the more I look at it. And honestly, may grab it at this point just for the alt mode. As its own thing it's a pretty cool space ship, definitely very alien.

 

That was only after he got his Earth mode though.
