Did they seriously give Soundwave fake parts for a vehicle mode that doesn’t even exist in the movie? Why??? That’s like inventing your own board game and then cheating on it.

 

I almost wonder if it's based on some unseen concept art or something, because that's really weird if not.

 

I don\'t collect main-line SS, but these are looking to be some mighty fine figures. Soundwave looks good, but I really only need 1 Of him (not counting the Kingdom)
Ratchet, Brawn, and Wheeljack look good enough to fit in with chug. Ravage is odd, but I\'ll take him any day over the Siege/ER. Shockwave is super cute, and must be treated as a son.

My first thought seeing it was a Hoth speeder. Not sure why it needs to transform the way it apparently does, though.

There's none of that in my post, as I collect both CHUG and Movieverse.

I get how that may be interpreted from what I wrote, but everything I post is just my opinion, I don't expect that people will agree with me. I usually write "IMO" at the start of my posts, but this time I didn't.

 

I want to buy the entire wave, but Ive wanted to do that in the past too and life had other plans so who knows. Would love to buy them all tho.

I make it a general rule not to touch the SS line, but BB has me reversing the course due to the designs.

 

Will core class Ravage fit in Soundwave's chest?

 

Just noticed, the core class packaging doesn't have any numbers. I wonder if that just means the core class itself isn't part of the numbering system or if they're just abandoning it.

 

Any idea on the numbers? Looks like core class won’t be included.

I’m a G1-er through and through, but that Soundwave does look nice.

 

It will be G1 as long as people keep buying it. I'm not sure how the beasts in Kingdom did in terms of sales, but I didn't buy a single beast design.

 

Not 100% certain what’s going on with Soundwave’s alt mode. But the robot looks great. Presumably we will get a better idea later. And all the other toys look like they knocked it out of the park! Definitely gonna expand out my BB movie series as a side collection to my Bay series.
