My thoughts exactly. It’s like people haven’t learned (after so many current examples) that there’s a lot more complexity in the figure that you can’t see from static images.

Do people really believe we’ve reverted back to “tuck in arms, lay flat on ground” transformation schemes?

At this point should Hasbro even do any preview marketing? These “one shot, one angle” photos are just causing people to lose their minds.

 

There needs to be characters for core class too.

 

And they just totally forgot about theses characters and designs for this Rise of the Beasts movie.

 

Ok. I might have to buy these even though I'm not into Bumbleebee stuff but these look really good.

 

But if they don't announce anything, especially Studio, the same people losing their minds about the reveal lose their minds about the lack of reveals.

This is the kind of creative license I really wish Siege would've taken with their cybertronian alt and bot modes. All the figs look like themselves while giving them truly unique alt-modes. These are the highlights for me:




"I'm the JuggerBrawn, glitch!"  

Brawn is one of the few I don't have a figure of in any continuity so this is bought on sight.



He can fit into BB Soundwave's chest, I wonder if he can fit inside Siege/ER's? He's likely too thick but even if he can't, I'll take this as my designated Ravage. The recent ER/S one just doesn't do it for me compared to this one.



His alt mode looks like the flying Tumbler or whatever from Dark Knight Rises. I'm in.

Might pick some of these guys up, Brawn might make a nice update for the TR Legion class figure. On a side note, I wonder if Soundwave is compatible with the Siege cassettes?

 

Soundwave's robot mode looks cool but he literally transforms into nothing.

 

Core class is bigger than Micromasters so it should work. Though, they may rattle inside his chest.

 

If he can do something else, they could, you know......show it.

 

Seems to be the case with this Soundwave. We clearly see where his arms and legs go in the alt mode. What's worse, that fake chest piece is very likely to be located on bot mode's back…

 

Doesn't matter how many flips and folds the end result takes if it doesn't look good.

 

This new Studio Series reveals are way more exciting than the Legacy reveals a few weeks ago.

They really should have shown these on Pulsecon.

I really like how well done the Cybertronian alt modes turmed out (except Ravage and Slundwave that look like shite). I was comsidering skipping them since these were 1 scene bots, but now I'm definitely not.

Ravage also looks good enough to replace the Siege one in a CHUG display.

 

At least Ravage is mostly accurate in his alt mode. He was a box then and he's a box now
