This literally took 5 minutes. Getting my KrazyGlue tube to unclog took longer than the actual mod.

I gave Gnaw his signature horns. Made from hairbrush bristles. Pulled out of hairbrush. Drilled holes in the divots already on his eyebrow area, & jammed them in and glued them. Easy. Soft material, so they won’t poke anything, or break off.

here’s the hairbrush. Look how many sharkys I can make! Lol

 

and hasbro lets us down again. This is good work.

I’ve added antennas to some of my other sharkticons over the years. But this was far and away the easiest, simplest, and best looking ones I’ve made. They add a lot of personality to the face. I know it sounds like a broken record, but I don’t get why Hasbro didn’t do this in the first place. SS86 Wreck-Gar has HUGE and SHARP spikes on him. This is just simple soft plastic.

I still wanna find a good way to articulate the sharkticon arms better, with shoulder joints and a wrist swivel. But after removing the shoulder pins I saw it won’t be as simple as I’d hoped

That hairbrush will go a long way with troop building lol

I appreciate an elegant solution like this one - whatever the reason for Hasbro to avoid giving Gnaw his little eyebrow thingies (see .sig) this is a very easy mod that damn near anyone with steady hands and a trip to Dollar Tree can handle.

I have another 2 coming from pulse.

I wasn’t planning on troop building these guys - I have scores of TR sharkies, 1 thunder punch He-Man cyberverse sharky, and a bunch of the tiny CV sharkies. But this is a really good sharkticon toy.
Plus I forgot to cancel my Pulse ones lol.
I’m sure my older kid will like having a sharky…

I just thought of this- the antenna horns make good ride-on grips. Although I tried to mount my Slug’s Daniel figure on him but with his crappy articulation I can’t get his legs over Gnaws back

I'm planning to get a bunch of Sharktikons of various models (TR, Cyberverse, 3P & SS86) and they almost all are missing the antennae.
Totally gonna do this to all of them.
