You said tracks was the last season 2 bot. I gotta ask, how come no Blaster? Would he have to be too far from a boombox ideal? I was thinking you could either go like the FoC one and make him a truck from CW OP or your could go the Unicron trilogy route and use the silverbolt/scattorshot route.

Thanks! Yeah I let the thread (and project) sit for too long. Nice to be back in the game. As for the Groove trailer I say DO IT! I'm glad I did that old project was a lot of fun, and realisitically even without a 3D printer one could modify a hotwheels type trailer quite easily to accomplish the same goal.

Oh I accepted the "Titans Retrun" version as the Blaster for the line....but it is too big and the tapes leave a lot to be desired, so one isn't out of the question. The same deal for the Decepticon seekers...although those big leader-sized seekers are standing in (i.e. Combiner Wars Skywarp) the temptation to repaint the some Arialbots into Decepticons has been on my mind for some time!

Now, if Hasbro put as much work into the Ark Crew repaints/retools as you did, people would've liked them more. Of course, peoples' reactions to them were always overblown, with everyone acting like these were meant to be the definitive Ark Crew toys, but they still weren't that great, yet I always loved the concept. The extra paint and parts you've been adding really sells it. 

 

Aaahhhhh, I thought the goal was to combiner-ize all of them. Just a prime wars aestetic makes sense. Ya know, a skywarp custom of potp SS with reflectors as limb boys would be cool. Just saying...

I don't know what I'm impressed with more, your SUPAH SMOOVE paint jobs, or the time and effort you put into crediting the sources and documenting your process. I'd buy all of these. Someone get this man a job at Hasbro! Also, let him be head of design for CW2!!!

 

God I would've bought this Tracks in-store. That's an amazing paintjob too. Love that hue of blue.
