They make special underwear for that haha. Seriously though i know what ya mean. Im on the hunt for that stinger two pack. I just want stinger.
They didn't reuse it most likely because they wanted a much more accurate head sculpt since the vw bee was only able to go off of concept art, the one made for offroad bee has better detail and accuracy. As for why they didn't make a new clip on feature it's probably because they could budget it, vw bee was able to do it because it's transformation was simpler

REALLY glad they made this incredible, highly-desired figure first before they got to leftover trash like Hatchet or Mohawk.
Sigh, damn it. I was about to pull the trigger on B-127, cause I want that masked head for my offroad bee. Now, that I've seen this one, I love this color alot more. So now what do I do? Do I want for another recolor of the offroad bee? Or do I get B-127, just incase they don't?
This. I hate this toy - it's a total pain to transform & the leg panels don't tab well at all. Off-road BB is very similar, but somehow amazing. If u own Jeep BB, u really dont need this. If u dont own Jeep BB... u still dont need this! FYI: watch out for the thin plastic! A tab on roof panel snapped off because roof converts VERY TIGHTLY into alt mode.
If bb gets a simlar treatment i hope they go with the same color palette because its defintely the best one so far as to movie accuracy and just overall looks much nicer, i also wish they'd give his battle mask painted eyes, having the with the honey comb pattern with the blue eyes i'd imagine could be done as decals similar to how they do things like the faction logos seems like it'd work
This Bumblebee is kinda useless but at the same time, I might be getting all these Cybertronian dudes so maybe I'll get it, depends on how I feel. Like Cliffjumper a lot more.
I dislike the dark grey they used for the figure. It most likely would’ve been an instant purchase for me if they used silver for the face and black for the body. Guess I’ll have to get the masked version.
While I like this one much more than masked B-127, I rather get save money for other BBM characters like Brawn and Wheeljack.
If I had known about it, I probably would have skipped the first one, but I'm not too upset really. I am glad that all the recent Bees seem to be compatible (minor color differences aside), so I can kinda have almost any of them mask on or off. I do wish they had done this for one of the 07 / ROTF Bees too. Having both of those being mask on was a letdown. ....and yeah, it'd be nice if they all could just come with an alternate faceplate, but I'll take easy swap-ability as a close second.
