I have a G1 Skids in my collection that looks so new that it makes me thing he has to be a reissue. Can some one tell me or point me to a place online where I can see what differences there are in the G1 reissues? Thanks.
I'm at work, but I'm 99% sure that my Encore Skids has a tampo'd red stripe, not a sticker. A lot of the encore releases have tampographs where stickers once were. I'd start there...

I believe the reissue has an issue with the tires not folding flush in robot mode. At least mine does where I had to do some shaving to get him to stand properly
Damn, I remembered wrong. The stripe IS a sticker on the encore release, I must have been thinking of ironhide. Anyway, the copyright says 1986 2004 on skids' left wing and 1980 1982 on the right. The shoe tires totally don't flip in, either, as mentioned above.
The right foot on mine doesn't sit flush with the ground due to the tire not folding all the way up. The date stamps are all from 1980-1982. The missile launcher has a spring in it. Did the original Skids have a spring in his launcher or was it removed?
