In all fairness, it’s converted from euros and has a buy it now markup of about £30 so not so bad? I think if it’s still hanging around and I can sell some bits I might go for it. It’s MIB from what I can see and the description.

Nice nice nice. I've got Inhumanoids (Inhumanoids!) downloaded, but it's nice to have Visionaries to hand too.

I have the money to outright buy a new Laptop but PayPal credit was an option to spread the costs.

    Agreed.
I can often outright afford things, but if I'm given the option of 0% for 3/6 months etc I usually take it.
Once the cash is spent it's gone and if something goes wrong you might then have the ability to resolve the problem with the cash you'd have otherwise spent.

It can obviously be a slippery slope and I've enough debt myself to confirm that but I'm certainly in a superior position now than I was a couple of years ago.

Not sure what's happening with The Entertainer but your average geeky search for TFs only throws up Black Arachnia... I mean what if @rikkomba needs an overpriced Ultra Magnus quickly? What then?

Good morning you lovely people and to those of you that continue to ignore me. Hehe

I have ordered a lot mainly through C&C, IDT, Kapow and SAF. The majority of my recent orders have gone to C&C.

With regards to Black Zarak I ordered through GNT. I did the deposit and 8 monthly payments with the last one due this month.

I will stick with the order. I have messaged GNT to make sure all ok. I got a quick reply that everything was good. I appreciate the sceptism and worry this may not get fulfilled. The same does and can apply to Amazon orders as well which many of us have experienced. Perhaps with hindsight I should have ordered BZ with Comics.

I will stick with GNT. This is the only order I have placed with them.

I’m still in the dark on that one Sonners order for the Mcfarlane 40K Marine.

Im not cancelling my BZ order with GNT.

That would be who I would switch to but they also operate a 10% deposit hit on cancellation but are more likely to fulfil on past experience.

I work in financial services and you would be amazed how many big pension/investment and life assurance providers with extremely deep pockets to run their operations cannot even answer a telephone call in under 30 mins. All still hiding behind Covid adversely affecting their business. I’m not going to comment on banks especially Barclays. I agree with the other observations and points you make.

@w00dimusPr1me - I got a text message about 10 mins ago that my Omegalock order is being delivered this morning - TE-01 will be in my grubby mitts very soon :p

Yep, exactly like that. Looks good.

You want to look at the hasbro usa version on import.

Cheapest option still for rid scourge doing it this way. I've been looking at one myself as it was one of my favourite sets from that line. The toy still holds up today.

Transformers Robots in Disguise SCOURGE Tanker Truck - Hasbro 2001 RID Sealed | eBay

Prices on the import versions ie Takara & Sonoking of RID and Unicron Trilogy era figures are rapidly going up. Over the last 12 months prices on some figures have shot up 30-70%.

I'm in the exact same situation as you, sans the message to GNT. I'll be keeping my order, I trust that they will fulfill it properly.

Funnily enough, the WB animation boxsets, despite saying Region 1, were actually region free. Especially handy since they only released the first two seasons in the UK at the time.

Today my Puerto Rican wife reminded me it is Dios Los Muertos so while I remember my grandparents it also feels both appropriate and not appropriate for Cannonball to be today's #deskbot.

I genuinely think they will fulfil it (fingers and toes crossed whilst typing that) but I’ve never used them before just like Sonners whom I placed only one order with back in May for a figure they advertised was imminent to arrive. I’m still waiting on that. The lack of communication/updates from them is compounding my desire to cancel. I cannot personally make that same comparison with GNT.

I think more thread members have been posting negative comments about Sonners / Collectors Den whom have had unfulfilled orders in situ for some time now where other companies have had stock and re-stocks in that wait period.

I will be pretty peed off if we do get stitched up and GNT cannot fulfil those BZ orders. We have all seen how Scorpy disappeared quick and prices moved upwards pretty fast.

I’m ok with GNT getting BZ in later than other sellers as I already have ER Scorponok.

    He should be on Amazon?

I'm giving up on that shonky-ass Construx Point Dread set. Their 'twist individual bricks into position' policy can get in the sea when the whole thing crumbles as a result. Just gonna use the pieces as platforms for the figures.

Thanks for the advice. I managed to get the last one by pure luck.
Edit: I just realised this is the "Covid Cabinet", 100% stuff I purchased out of covid-induced boredom.

    Better light:
