It's the only one of the main headmasters, yeah. Weirdwolf, Skullcruncher, Mindwipe, Chromedome, Brainstorm, and Highbrow all got done. Horrorcons were planned (also Minerva, I think?) but never got done. The FP headmasters are greatly superior to the TR ones, though, both in quality and fun, but also scale with the rest of CHUG, as those guys need to be small voyagers. They were originally deluxe-ish, but CHUG scale has shrunk and now the FP ones are more perfect than ever. Except for no matching Hardhead. I went with an oversized KO of TR Hardhead, as I'd rather him be too big than too small, and I just love the Function X figures too much to swap them. At least they got us Snarl before being done.
I'm waiting on planet x to get around to doing wfc/foc Jazz, Slipstream, Arcee, Cliffjumper, Warpath, Springer, Soundwave, Combaticons, Barricade, Jetfire, Silverbolt, Coneheads, and more. Also hoping Trojan Horse goes in and does most of AmazingSpino's designs.
A third party attempt at a TFP Arcee and Airachnid in the same rough scale as the old RID ones with more high level engineering would be my immediate go to. Maybe a proper voyager sized TFP Insecticon and/or Hardshell too.
And a better Knockout! The most fabulous bot got the shittiest toy of the line and, while the irony makes my cackle like a loon, it sucks for him and I want better for him. Bulkhead could use a touchup. His FE was the only good one of his
Knockout isn’t ungodly awful like Airachnid was at least. He still managed to capture the overall look of the character just without the paint so for him and Bulkhead I’d be fine with whatever APC do with em.

I'd love Pretender shells, plus Action Masters, especially at MP size! FlameToys got me excited for Bludgeon and Banzaitron, until they revealed they were for the Furai line, but then again the price they charge for Kuro Karai...
I'd love to see Beast Wars get attention, other than the MP knockoffs we've been seeing. Magnaboss? Stampy? Hell, Big Convoy Mammoth form while we're at it. So much space to work with, you could make the cannon even crazier.

I want Unicron Trilogy toys. Especially Armada. Armada designs are so great and the toys leave sooooo much room for improvement.
