I'm confused. What about the box isn't obeying physics?

It would be easier to say what is obeying them. Here is a comparison of the image in this thread and the front page. All I did was crop the dead/negative space out, then I imported them to a blank canvas, and then I resized that for the boards:

 

The box isn't real, it's just a collection of pixels that create the image of a box. I call it, "missing the forest for the trees."

For those worried about Legacy Prime Universe Knockout, let this be a note that IDW recently gave us an idea of what the figure could look like.

 

It's certainly better than the Burcham cover art, but I want a PRIME Knock Out

Alright guys, so I've decided to make a fanmade poll of Prime characters that people want to see in this toyline. Not associated with any reveals or leaks, but just made for fun. Go ahead and check it out.

Yeah. It'll have some parts that'll be different (Likely the head and alt mode) and maybe it'll be retooled into Shadow Striker from Cyberverse.

 

Honesty? I came into this STRONGLY hating Bulkhead and Arcee because while I didn't plan to get them I felt horrible for the Prime fans.

But... Bulkhead has grown on me and now I really want G1 Knockout because the Cons need some non-combiner badass characters.

I'll skip Prime Soundwave and Prime Arcee but original characters? Yeah... i'll get them.

 

I think the Prime Soundwave thing was just misinformation.

 

It is it was just pr Soundwave which meant that it was a Soundwave repack of either Seige or Netflix.

 

No I think there was a listing that said Prime Soundwave. Later on there was a listing saying Galvatron prime so we figured that it was supposed to be Pr as other listings said Pr.

 

Yep, there was a single instance of those two, since then, all store listings have labeled them as "PR" for package refresh. Someone screwed up when putting them into the system as "Prime"

 

What happened was . . .

People jumped to conclusions trying to decipher what abbreviations meant on listings from leaks. Everything had to be from Prime because so and so was from Prime:




The list used for the OP in the leak thread for 2022 states:

"Core: Soundwave Pr"

"Voyager: S Soundwave Pr" and, it still does towards the bottom of that post. That somehow morphed into "Prime Soundwave" towards the start of the post.


If people want to believe that means we're getting core versions of Optimus and Soundwave from Prime in wave 1 of Legacy along with a voyager version of Soundwave from Prime and a leader version of Galvatron (the name was never used in Prime) from Prime in wave 1 well . . .

You do you but you might want to temper your expectations because, the most logical scenario are repacks/reissues or core Earthrise Soundwave, core Earthrise Optimus Prime, voyager Siege Soundwave, and leader Kingdom Galvatron.

 

It’s more beautiful than I could have imagined! He’ll definitely be joining the Stunticons on my shelf.

 

I wonder if they mapped the Kingdom art onto the shape of the Legacy boxes? The Legacy boxes are a bit of a strange shape.

 

It might have been photoshopped onto a Legacy mock-up since the front of the box has that odd shape to it but, Legacy's top flap slants down to the front and the back is still a normal rectangle. It also wouldn't explain why the top edges, the logos near the top, the window, and Blaster are all slanting down to the left (your right if face to face) though.

 

I am really jazzed about Laser OP but I finally realized why I'm not completely blown away by it: Its the legs. I don't mind the ER parts use/retool, but the lack of wheels to bulk out his legs is why it just feels off...
