ShowZ just emailed a notification that Sweeping has been shipped. Though my last two orders from them have been sat at the airport in china for 4 days so no idea when this one will get here  

 

Same! My sweeping has officially shipped! Mine better not take forever since I paid the extra $15 for faster shipping. If it takes more than two weeks then I’m gonna stop paying extra.

So excited though! If he’s as good as he looks he’ll probably be in my top 5 figures of the year. Although I can already feel myself fiending for a red version.

 

I can't remember whether I paid postage or not as I paid it off months ago but usually the difference between paid and not paid to uk has been more or less the same. It's just the first time theyve been sat at the airport so many there are more covid related delays or something.

Totally agree on the figure though, I have no affection for the bay films but this one just looks so different to the average figure. That and it'll be nice to get Devastator standing up finally

Heh thanks, though if it lands up like the other two orders, you'll probably get yours before me!   my badcube grump is one of them stuck at the airport and folks in the states have already got theirs  

 

Yeah it used to make a difference but for whatever reason recently it’s only been a difference of a couple days, unless it’s a particularly large box. This one is small so hopefully it won’t take long.

Just had my sweeping arrive earlier today, and sadly I have some issues with the set as a whole - it can't stand up on two legs without bending backwards to balance the weight of the figure. Thankfully however, the included stand helps him stand up tall. Only one member left now, and I must admit I am really excited!

 

It'll be 1-2 weeks before I see my Sweeping but I sorta found a real one oO

 

Apologies for the crappy quality, but I wanna comment on this pic from a Teiba user. I think there’s misconceptions here with the size of DS. The very tip of the studio series figure appears to be the same height as the DS figure. However, the overall bulk and proportional differences of the DS figure are going to make it have much more of a presence on the shelf. Just my two cents.

 

Some Transformers fans are just size queens. I'm going to be very pleased with the size. SLIGHTLY bigger than the SS one is a perfect size for me, personally.

 

Yeah I think this is a pretty important image for people who have yet to fully commit. Because I remember a lot of people wanting in thinking it’s closer to MPM size and that it would be significantly larger.

 

Honestly surprised because every individual bot is bigger so dunno how it isn't larger than SS, but that does make me a little conflicted on 2 things: it would be not as space-invading since its not that much bigger, other thing is for the price it goes for; not sure if I'd like to spend more on a bulkier Devy at the same scale...
BUT the proportion and mass is definitely swaying me quite a lot...

 

Trust me, this monstrosity is plenty big lol. I never completed my SS Devy when those were still being released, so I can't compare heights, but my DS Devy is legit the size of an infant. Even if it is the same height as the SS, pictures just don't do the figure's bulk justice -- it is a MASSIVE figure that requires two hands to handle.

 

I've grown to accept that he's going to be a stand alone piece on a separate shelf and we're never going to get in scale movie Devy. I just want a good detailed combiner
