I know some people in this thread (including me) aren’t very interested in these, but for the Minimate collectors I offer this idea: if you buy some of the human Minimates from other series, you could swap parts with the TF Minimates and have them be humans cosplaying in TF costumes.

I don't know how I missed this news before, but seeing them now, I'm utterly astonished that the Minimates line still exists.

    Just got my pack today.
All are pretty nice. Starscream is a little limited since the wings aren't swept back, but other than that, they're all good.
Shockwave is my favorite (naturally) with his clear gun and regular hands.

    Yours or someone else’s pics?
They are very nice indeed. I’ll take seeker variants out the wazoo please!

They aren't bad. They're limited due to the pieces being detachable, but overall they're nice little desk sitters.

There will not be any TF MM at Walgreens, specialty stores and online only for now. We have looked at options for releasing cartoon-colors versions, but nothing has been finalized.

Yup, Series 81 of the Marvel line is up for pre-order now. Releases have been a little slow of late, and we had some setbacks with low orders on lines like Bruce Lee and John Wick, but response to the TF and Joe MM has been fantastic.

Bumblebee fits the minimate aesthetic best, but what is up with that dour face?
the masked version actually looks friendlier

Thanks Zach! Long time fan. I collected all the toyfares for 10 full years (then my step mom threw them away ugh).

Thought these guys were originally going to be flat cartoon colors, but I really enjoy the metallic paints. Was metallic only for certain retailers or a design change? Thought the original colors were kinda boring.

I wasn't sure I was going to hold onto Bumblebee, but the paint and the toy face makes all the difference. Highly unlikely but a version of Blaster's toy head sculpt would be amazing.

Hopefully they use the same paints for wave 2.
