Well, sorry my skill set doesn't extend into photography.

You know, as much I LOVE Atilla (he is so easy to stand and pose and he's solid as a rock) Monolith just looks so much better.

    The wheels. Oh, the wheels.

I think they look pretty wicked from this angle:

    Slight miscalculation here.

on the topic of shoulders, if you are desperate and don't have your own 3D printer, there is this. VERY LIMITED testing on it so far but if you're desperate its here. I've had it on for about a week now, done 2 transformations. Its held up. feels ok.

    DC_OH_R_SHOULDER by DCC77 on Shapeways

this was 3D solid modeled mostly based off measurements posted here in the forum. I uploaded it and tried it out. I just made it available to buy now. I make ZERO money on this and my Overheat's shoulder wasn't even broken. haha. Hope it helps ... somebody out there.

While 3D modeling this it became very obvious why the xtb part fails. There is a thin section. the joint to screw distance is smaller than .40mm in one area. Combine that with inconsistent and bad molding practices (i mean we have seen a photo with air pockets straight from xtb) and the part not filling fully (its not flowing and packing so probably not enough pressure and time in mold) and yeah recipe for failure. also its very easy to overtighten the screw and this will put too much stress on the part. triple whammy.

be careful when you install this part too because while its printed and seems to be OK, you could very easily overtighten the screw here as well.

to actually improve the design the mating shoulder piece needs to be redesigned a tiny tiny bit too....which i really didn't feel like doing at the moment (there are reasons).

oh and i'll do the other shoulder soon. haha.

    These look awesome.
OK, so no the tough part: I live in Warsaw, Poland. So, in Europe. Could somebody help me out with getting this, as @jimmyh doesn't ship to this part of the woods (which, taking into account the experiences he described, I unfortunately understand :(  )?

I received a "Processing Soon" notification yesterday from BBTS on the YTH Trailer, so some stock has apparently made it's way to the US.

Thanks, that's awesome! I don't even have any of these toys yet, but I assume these would replace the all the really thin parts? Looking forward to getting/ seeing your finished Overheat. Let us know what paint you use as well.

    looks like this
    Tyrrell P34: Legendary six-wheeler F.1
its a TINY race car. its way out of scale with his other stunticons...oh well. who cares, ever knew it was this tiny.

anyhow being that its the dragstrip mold again....Did yall fix your molding issues yet xtransbots? Sure we know its a "branch factory" but its clear to me that either the tooling has isues OR more likely whoever is running the mold isn't running it right when people on this board are breaking shoulders very easily and the replacements have air gaps due to the mold not filling properly.

oh and since it was late last night when i posted. you can find a link to my replacement shoulders on shapeways in my sig. i get not money from this. its just something i thought would be of help to some here. got to get the left one up still though. oops. btw i've had this on my own for about 2 weeks now, survived 2 transformations so far. very limited testing but if you really need some shoulders these SHOULD work.

link here too. DC_OH_R_SHOULDER by DCC77 on Shapeways

Oh cool, a fourth version of Dragstrip for collectors to break!

Deco looks nice, intentional typos notwithstanding.

Well... that saved me some money. I'd bought a second Overheat a while back with the intention of getting it custom painted in Team Tyrrell livery... told XTB what I was planning as well. Guess I gave them a few ideas.

    Definitely in on this.

Dig it if they make racing versions but I'm not going in on another Menasor...Original and the Youth Versions are enough for me. I still may get these for the alt mode version alone....so much stuff coming out in 2022.
