The new paint job really does wonders for Overload; especially the (new?) headsculpt. Hope these are signs of life, really want to pick up their mixmaster!
Yeah, was really hoping that extra time was to make him more substantial in combined mode. Hopefully there's more modifications that we'll see later Though looking at that overhaul pic the devi neck piece seems to be just the same but bigger, which is a bit worrying...
Are those real pics of the actual KOs? They seem like they could be customs to me, and I don't see any obviously modded parts at all. If they don't have any added features then that will be a huge disappointment. I was hoping to get a really nice OSKO Scavenger with some added articulation or something out of this project.
Same, at first I hesistated to share the pics since they only seem like custom painted ss figures, especially scavenger. It's definetely the OS tho, based on the pic with OS longhaul and you can see at the joint that under the face the figure uses screws compared to the SS one using pins. It also looks like an early painted protype judging on the lettering of O&K on the shoulders and the roughness of the blue paint on the cab thingy. I'm a bit dissapointed since I was looking forward to this release since SS scavenger's proportion is better than DS.
Ultimately, I'm fine with these being bigger without improvements. Would the improvements been nice? Absolutely. But my priority is quality (I had Rampage and it broke out the box but the other three were fine) and then size. Everything else is a (close) second.
Ah OK so that’s one small improvement so far between the two of them. Yeah I understand. They definitely seem custom painted right now. Not sure if they’re hand painted just to show or if they’ll really look sort of sloppy but I hope it’s not final. Do you have the SS figures?
Not Demolishor? Seeing how they made Rampage instead of Skipjack I was expecting Demolishor first, so they could sell Scavenger later. Still, I would love to see it next to SS figures to see how it fits.
