As far as the BAT goes, I could see Hasbro learning from their mistakes and it being shipped out in Solids to retailer rather than as a part of a wave simply due to scalping n such. Plus it's an army builders and a great design so It in theory should sell well.

Maybe a Python Patrol version of the Motor-Viper or Tele-Viper? They were added to the team in the 2011 Joe Convention set.

I only JUST realized that if the Python Patrol figures are Target exclusives, then there is NO mass-retail version of the Viper to date nor does one seem to be planned. I'm kinda not ok with that even though I got the number of standard Vipers I wanted.

If the leaked list is correct we'll be getting a two-pack with a Viper & Viper Officer at retail. Only problem with that though is it will make troop building difficult getting an Officer with each regular Viper.

Yeah, I think most of us are more or less good for Vipers at this point and those who aren't won't want a ton of officers jamming things up.
This two-pack premise seems both too late and fundamentally flawed.

Have to agree with you there. I don't troop build, but this seems too little too late.

I'd be glad of a Viper two-pack, over here in the UK Vipers were only available for a couple of hours at a limit of 1-per-customer - so an opportunity to actually get some at below eBay prices would be welcome!

You can always pretend that the Vipers are an officers club like the Airforce XD

Beats me - maybe they'll be a seperate squad or something! At any rate, I'd rather get Viper + Officer at half the price that the Viper alone is currently going for, and have to find a use for the Officer later, than the other way around

I pre-ordered the bat, viper and Croc Master, I want another crocodile but don't need 2 Croc Masters.

I don't think I would get in on an O-ring line unless they did new sculpts...

For example, if they had the sculpts of those new Super 7 ReAction figures, but in O-ring style ... I could get with that. Otherwise, if I want the vintage toys, I'll just buy the old vintage toys.

I am interested in the O ring line, but how available will they be, and how much. As it stands the Hasbro Pulse SSHadow Snakeyes two pack will cost me $80 Canadian shipped

I'll be buying all the overpriced o-ring in classic vintage packaging they want to give us. That being said, I will be p!$$ed if they cut off the current WM neo-vintage line in favor of the o-ring figures. I'm perfectly happy building a collection of each. But they need to go deep on one or both lines. It would be a crying shame to end up with two collections of the same dozen figures in two different retro formats, with neither line having enough figures to make a proper display (carded or loose).

Obviously, the retro versions of modern figures objectively look better. But IDK, there is something so familiar and therapeutic about opening and messing with o-ring figures that I 100% don't get with modern construction figs, no matter how much more realistic, articulated, and detailed they are. I have 2-3x of every 82-87 figure in storage, but I'll be getting these, one to keep MOC (kitchen-grade silicone o-rings FTW), and one to open.

But then again, I'm an unapologetic nostalgia junkie. I would take 1984/85 intravenously if possible.

Is that just from cost, shipping, taxes, and conversion? I know the shipping is going to hurt with this batch of purchases being so split up, then multiplied with different release dates.

Fair enough. I'm in that boat as well. I have a few more things shipping with it, so I tend to spread the shipping costs across the items. Didn't realize it would be $80 if I had only that in an order.

To be fair, some folks do that. Some folks are bald in their 20s.

Some Joes go from blonde to jet black with a Johnny Cash pompadour.

Just received my Pile of Loot from BBTS. Included was the Snake Eyes with Timber. Really nice set. Highly recommended it. I'm glad this version wasn't a Target exclusive or anything. Now people can get some really good weapons for Snake Eyes that may not have been able to get the Hasbro Pulse exclusive version.
