I was so hoping we’d get toon Morph or a retro carded Mystique…. On the bright side, there was nothing ML-wise I felt the need to get today. I’m sticking to a 90’s X-Men toon shelf for most of my ML stuff from here on out, and I’m pretty happy with the Wolverine and Jubilee I already have.
Yeah. It’s so similar to the AI Iron Man they just gave us. If they hasn’t released that I would get this. But I repainted the chest and am happy to save the money. The Cap I am in on since they haven’t given us this sculpt in a comic deco yet.
I thought it would have been more fitting to let the Lewalds do a Morph reveal since they're kind of a big reason why Morph even exists/was popular. But yeah, he's totally coming. Dan and Ryan are too big of TAS-nerds to let that one go in a TAS-retro line. Also, who cried a little on the inside when Dwight said that he had never seen TAS? Like seriously, I'm continually thankful for the current brand team that they have right now because if it weren't for Dan, I'm pretty sure I would have never gotten a single AoA figure, X-Men TAS figure, or Spider-Man TAS deco. Like ever.
Yeah, I think Morph is just a matter of time with this new subline thing they're doing. And that'll likely be another instant purchase from me!
Yay, Captain/Modok set secured and LOL Sad Logan, White Vision, and anniversary Cap and Tony ordered. I was hoping for more reveals, but I ended up enjoying the conversation with the X-Men animated showrunners and the Wolverine reveal will have me randomly giggling for a while.
Hasbro does Fan First Fridays so frequently that there isn't a lot to distinguish PulseCon from other reveal streams. I may go for the Winter Solider, but everything else is comic stuff I don't really care for. I'm glad there's a way for folks to get Worthy Cap in the US again, though.
Well, managed to snag Venom along with preorders for Wolverine, Jubilee, and Cap. Looking forward to getting Venom soon since he's supposed to ship now. Yeah, now I'm wondering how old Dwight actually is. I'm 40 and I was 12 when the first season of X-Men: TAS started. Indeed. Looking forward to finally having a figure of him.
If I'm being honest though, when I saw that the ML Team had a 2-hour block, I was expecting a whole massive amount of reveals instead of a bunch of interviews. Like it's been said, the ML team get so many Fan-First reveals, there's no net shortage of new product reveals over the year so I can't blame them for filling up their time with a different kind of content. But yeah, I would have liked 2 hours of solid reveals. RIP Wallet. Also, who kind of feels badly for Ryan? He's so hyped about the 3 3/4" line, but every time I see him bring it up, it's like there's a resounding backlash in the chat to get on with it. Way to kill his pipe-dream, chat.

Are the toon Jubilee and Wolvie Pulse only items or will preorders be avaliable at other places soon?
They're actually Shop Disney exclusives with Pulse having a limited number like they do with some partner exclusives. Though if they're still in stock you might as well get them from Pulse since I haven't seen them go up on the Shop Disney site yet.
Grabbed Scarlet Witch (gotta build up my brotherhood) and Storm Shadow from Dorkside and TAS Wolvy and Jubilee from Pulse. Wanted to get them from shop disney but they were not up yet. Might get the cap 2 pack when it's in retail (hopefully at a discount). Shame they didn't include Sam's wings. Wouldn't have mind paying a bit more for them.
