Yeah... I'm gonna cross my fingers for him getting discounted. As much as I like Agent Ravage, I'm not gonna pay £50 for a deluxe and a G1 re-release. Maybe if they'd gone wild and done a similarly upgraded Predacon Laserbeak but still a condor and not a Pterrosaur it might be worth the price tag.

Also have a random custom idea that occurred to me while playing with Arkyboy: Scourge, either TR or SS... though probably TR as he's a Deluxe for preference as a bot who turns into one of the Ark's shuttles from Beast Wars. He's roughly the right shape and could work as what was basically a mini Ark! I might try digibashing that.

 

Personally, I'd have expected it to be £40-45 - Hasbro are actually pushing at the limit with a £49 price tag. I suppose the justification is that it's a Convention exclusive (was it meant for SDCC?).

Though I'm astonished we didn't get the normal like-for-like US to UK exchange rate that Hasbro usually use, it's actually $53 on the US site.

Kinda hoping blue Bluestreak goes up for pre-order later.

Popped to The Entertainer in my dinner hour and picked up a two-pack of Junkbots just so as I'll have something new in hand on payday. Didn't have time to go to Smyths and I'm going straight to the flicks after work otherwise I'd have gone and picked up a Megs and Skellivore spoiler box. Tsk.

These guys look fun and I feel like they'll be nice with the Junkions. I'll report back when I've opened 'em.

The Premium access is suppose to be 9pm UK time each day and then an hour later for everyone else, but Star Wars and retailer exclusives aren't part of the Premium hour.

Took a punt on Ravage. I know I'm a bit of a mug, but I can't turn down a good exclusive, and honestly £50 is about what I'd expect to pay at a convention like SDCC for a set like that, so I'm not too bothered by the price.

It beats that time I stood in line at SDCC '09 for a Ghostbusters Egon figure from Matty Collector's booth at least. Online shopping means less interaction with actual people
