I think so but it's really hard to tell from the images I have - and instruction art only so it's possible it's not final.

I rarely say this about a figure but that Bulkhead just does not look good. That mold feels like it could have been animated Wreck Gar instead. It feels even less fitting than putting Brawn's head on Bulkhead.
Skids looks allright which is to say he looks like Skids should. Idk if I'll get him but I'll naturally be getting all the Diaclone bots that come out of it (and Screech should they choose to do that).

 

Honestly, I didn't mind that since it at least it invoked Brawn's personality. That's what he sees in the mirror.

And it was in a side line of exclusive AU repaints no one cared about.

 

That all depends if the parts cast on the same sprue as Drag Strip's plausably translucent windshield will be part of any of those moving joints.

- Looking at the fist holes, the pins and the joints, does she feel like a super small deluxe, like ER Cliffjumper and Bumblebee? Another hint would be a crazy transformation for a deluxe or a lot of accessories
- Do you know where the wheels go?

Bulkhead's legs are too long, but he looks like a decent figure aside from that. Liking him a lot more than Skids, who needs his shoulders pulled in just a smidge. I don't think either of them look bad at all though.

 

Definitely picking both up, but that headflap on Skids is unforgivable. Good lord, was there no other way?

No way I can keep up. So can I ask if this has come up? Why has Skids head got a massive flat back/panel? Modern Transformers have long done away with the need for a head to be part of the external skin or body paneling, and it was never a core feature of his toy or art.

Skids looks like it was designed by whoever designed Tracks to me.

The Instagram account which claims to have designed this Bulkhead also seems to have worked on Tracks.

not sure why people are complaining about skids, there'll be a 3p upgrade kit for him, and he never received much cartoon attention anyways. not sure why they did a toy deco when they have the masterpiece for inspiration. bulkhead i kinda like, but i will be sanding down the corners on his chest. not sure why there are new energon weapons or minicon ports on bulkhead but i cant wait
