So far Legacy is 2/2 for me. Assuming the rest of the reveals are this good I may just have to preorder all of wave one…

 

We could probably expect a look at Wave 2 in January. Kingdom Wave 2 got a reveal in early December, though Pulsecon last year was in late September. So early January at the earliest for wave 2.

Stunticons are releasing on a wave basis so we probably won’t see them all till mid-late 2022, though we might get a silhouette of Menasor in his entirety like with SS Devastator.

Still searching my feelings here for how I feel about the line overall, because I was extremely disappointed with Bulkhead's reveal

Will just say this. The posted list looks very ambitious. I may not agree entirely with how Hasbro intends to reach the finish line with these all (i.e. G1-ifying a character from series defined by style), but I hope the line successfully achieves its mission; to be a celebration of the Transformers timeline. I am cautiously optimistic this line will greatly advance representation for Unicron Trilogy fans

 

If Bulkhead and Skids are going to be the standard for this line, I'm going to really enjoy next year!

 

I'll be saving a lot of money next year, probably only buying a third of the EAN list. Stuff like Arcee, Elita-1 and Soundwave have to be vastly superior to the versions I already own in order to replace. I'm only in it for G1 and BW S1 characters at this point so all the non-86 SS figures, UT figures and Animated update figures are easy passes for me.

 

Extroverted 5mm ports? Can't see much use in that besides minicons, they'd be useless for standard weapons. Tho Skids didn't have any, so who knows?

 

I do as well but as a Animated fan/kid (grew up with it) and a Prime fan I don't hate the way he looks I like him better than I thought I would also helps that we had leakers tell us what they will look like so that lowers what to expect. I will definitely get it. I also would love for an upgrade kit to give Bulkhead his Animated backpack IDK how it would work but still would love it.

I think I'm gonna pass on Skids since I prefer IDW skids also I might need to track down Thrilling 30 Crosscut for a good price

 

Skid's seems kinda meh imho. Was never a massive fan of the character and this version does nothing to change that. Add in the excessive hollow limb syndrome, which seems to be particularly bad on the figure, just makes it an easy pass.

Bulkhead looks great, and I love how they took the essence of the Prime version but rejigged him so he will fit in with the WFC line. Pity Hasbro didn't go with a full on military paint scheme, as a green and black camo paint job would be awesome on him.

Overall this line is me sitting back for a while and taking a transformers break, the stunticons and bulkhead are where ima really be at though

 

Wait shit I just realized, I think Laser Prime has the Earthrise Optimus problem of his eyes being the same color as his head. God dammit don't make me ruin another figure trying to repaint the eyes

 

I'm only in for Kickback, Dragstrip and Skids out of wave 1. Dragstrip and Kickback are pure perfection IMO.

Looks like I'll be saving some money on this line. And what's with the translucent energon weapons? They look dumb and will be tossed into the parts bin with a quickness.

 

Loving the look of everything revealed, but probably going to pass on Laser Prime. Will definitely get the Scourge repaint to use as my Earth mode Nemesis prime though.
