Sorry for the questions but I’m guessing it’s not too far off that the bot looks kinda like flamewar? (Especially in that road rocket like formation)

 

So it sounds like it's definitely more of a G2-era Jhiaxus than an IDW-era one, yeah?

 

Prime Arcee sounds pretty promising but if there's a Flamewar reuse (which is more than likely), I hope she's more of a retool since her last Botcon toy is the look I associate the most with her (Flareup can be a straight repaint).

Oh, and I also want a new take on IDW1 Chromia from her. Siege Chromia is "meh", not as bad as Earthrise Arcee but definitely not one of the best. Another version would be appreciated.

 

What's funny is that a 2nd go at Chromia from the Prime Arcee would end up potentially looking like Cyberverse Chromia if the bot mode can mount the wheel halves on the shoulders

 

Yeah, but I hope they integrate her now classic canopy to differentiate her.

Hey, the windshield from this new Prime Arcee separates from the figure right? That means they can finally give her her canopy shield and even large axe!

 

Wait... Jhiaxus is going to look more like his original G2 comic self rather than the T30 repaint of Deluxe Armada Starscream??

Arcee and Jhiaxus both sound very promising. We should see Arcee assuming there's been no changes to who's in wave one since JTPrime dropped his info on us a couple of weeks back. Shame we'll have to wait a bit on Jhiaxus but the fact that it sounds like we're finally getting a proper G2 Jhiaxus is great.

 

Looking forward to some bikeformers! Arcee, Iguanus, Road Rocket it’s amazing! Hoping at some point for Animated Prowl and Ransack (preferably the green version).

 

G2 Jhiaxus has been a want of mine since 1993. Let’s just hope he’s the right color this time…

 

Yeah, I would love a new Animate Prowl and Cybertron Ransack. Both two of my favorite modern characters.

Yeah, can you imagine if they give us a nearly perfect physical representation of the character and then do him up in that terrible orange color?   And then they give us a proper colored version in Selects.  

 

tbh I’d prefer orange over that yellow… but I hope it’s as accurate as possible for those who’ve been waiting!

 

I have no interest in Arcee, but I'm all in on Road Rocket! Sounds like with a bit of retooling, he'll be good to go. I wonder if it would be too much too ask for them to replace Arcee's energon blades with one energon chainsaw/buzzsaw thing...

Yeah, I suppose I wouldn't mind that if it was only the yellow parts, but I wouldn't want something in all orange like the RiD 01 KB Toys repaint or the T30 retool. That said the garish yellow makes him fit in with the rest of G2!  

 

Yeah normally I’m all for garish colour schemes but his yellow is just… something else. I like the design and I’m sure it won’t look that bad in toy version so I may pick it up. But I hope that the yellow is better looking.

 

Saw in another thread that apparently there'll be another World Collide 4-pack, and one of the figures will be a Deluxe Insecticon. Is there any more info on that, like what the other 3 might be?

All these leaks and rumors and speculation is so spread out now, hard to keep track of it all..

I wonder which name they'll use for white Waspinator? The Botcon repaint of the T30 version was originally named Paralyzer and was a Waruder from the Diaclone universe. But at some point, the same toy was retconned into BW Bug Bite. So it could go either way I guess.

 

I'm gonna be honest here, but I love that orange colored Jhiaxus, and just wish he was Voyager size with better articulation.  

 

Oh, I think the T30 deluxe is just fine as IDW 1.0 Jhiaxus. But since this new version sounds like it's going to be based on his G2 design I'd like to finally get an accurate toy of it you know?
