Decepticon High Class of 1985-6. I don't think some of these kids are gonna make it, lol.

Waiting on TC to come in from Show Z, I hope I get a good copy.

Great to add MP-52+ Thundercracker to the collection. No issues with the ankles or cracking plastic on mine. A couple of tiny paint blemishes, but luckily not as bad as some others that I've seen. Looking forward to adding Skywarp to round out the trio!

Still cant quite get that decent arms-crossed pose, but gave it a try anyway. Anyone have any tips?

Using the vertical hinge that the shoulders are attached to, to lift the arms outwards/upwards might help, or doing so with 1 arm

I tried. It always ends up looking like an anime character summoning an energy ball or a mage trying to cast a spell.

Has anyone else received their Thundercracker from ShowZ yet? Based on the latest tracking info I'm suddenly more excited about the delivery than the toy itself.

I'm curious what my "lasership facility" is going to be. Will the delivery have lasers or do I have a secret lab with lasers? Plus just generally curious if this is one of the first ones to make it to USA from the Chinese sellers. I'm several weeks behind others, but still not too long a wait.

I have swung the arms out using that butterfly joint, if that's what you're referring to. But once out as far as they can go, I just cant get the forearms to sit against each other in a decent natural way. Might just have to check out more example poses I think.

I also have some tiny, little, barely there, paint knicks. And you know what? He is perfect. That's right, I said it. But please, go ahead and point then out if you makes you feel better.

Also, why do you care so much about other people's toys? What is your point in forcing your unrealisticly high "standards" down the throats of people who are, obviously, happy with their toy?

People, just mute him, he’s literally only on this thread to be a downer disguised as a “paint chip revolutionary”

I like to make sure these things get pointed out so Takara and Hasbro are more likely to see the problems. If they can make ones without paint issues for some of us, they can do it for all of us.

It's been explained to you, many times, by many people, that is just not reality.

And it that's really, truly, why you think you're doing this, you need to rethink your approach. It's not helpful, and you just come across unpleasant.

TT and Hasbro are absolutely not scouring these boards with a magnifying glass looking for this stuff.

Seeing as most people have the same little spots, I wonder if those part's paints had cured totally enough for assembly. Also shows a lot of Starscream's issue was sh!tty factory work.

It can be reality if they choose to do so. It's obvious with other releases they are capable.

    I don't care.

Yes, perfect quality is a choice. Higher quality tooling and finishing/painting processes, better training for factory operatives, more inspections during manufacture at all stages, detailed final inspection on 100% of figures, really low threshold for rejection and massive rejection rates.

Would probably only triple or quadruple the price, something like that.
