    (disregard boxed bots)

Whether you get busy with work or are trying to keep up with your kids. Maybe you bought too many to keep up with or are scared to transform some of them. Perhaps it's a repaint that you've "already transformed." How many have you not converted.

Personally I've sold a lot of my classics in the last 2-3 years and it's been a flurry of purchases to fill those vacated spots. I like to mess around with the new ones and appreciate what went in to them rather than opening them up and putting them on the shelf right away. But time has been limited and for the first time since collecting I've got about 10-15 that I haven't transformed. Makes me wonder others numbers.

Big ol' 0. First thing I do with a new transformer is switch it back and forth a couple times. If nothing else, I wanna see if there's a defect that needs returning.

If we are not counting figures still in the box then my answer is zero. I always transform it when I take it out of the box.

You need to change that selection to have "0" on it's own, otherwise it's a bad interpretation as odds are that it's going to be a very common answer and skews the results quite a bit to lump it with the "under 10" like that.

And as there's a few collectors out there that never transform them (and just display them or such), you should have an "all/never have transformed any" opposite.

To me there’s no point in having a transformer and not transforming it. The reason I collect transformers and not another brand that I also like (like Star Wars, Marvel, etc.) is because of the transforming aspect. Because not only are they sick looking figures, they’ve a lot more play value then the competition, imo.

    I've transformed everything. Always do!

However, I've only transformed Unicron once. I've yet to take him back to planet mode. He's just too cool!

Essentially nothing. Generally the very first thing I'll do when I get a toy out of the box is to transform it both ways. And I don't keep anything MISB. For me at least, there might be a better question of "What toys have I transformed as few times as possible? (or literally just once)"

There have been a few toys where I probably shouldn't have transformed them due to plastics/paint/chrome issues, but even then I'll do it (or didn't buy them in the first place).

Probably like maybe 3. I always transform them when I open them. But there’s a few customs that I haven’t

    Added a 0 option, but can't change the 0-10 to be 1-10.

There are a handful of movie figures I wound up never transforming. Mostly movie TFs, but somehow I never transformed Siege Springer before I moved and lost it.

About 30+. It doesn't help that so much of the retail stuff has been packaged in robot mode since 2013. I've gotten lazy with transformations because of it.

I put 20-30, but just estimating. Safe to say that any Masterpiece (like MP-36) that comes already in robot mode will never get transformed, and any that doesn’t will get transformed exactly once. Same goes for larger 3rd-party figures.

Sure, I’d LIKE to take an afternoon to do it and appreciate the engineering of each figure, but ultimately there’s just not enough time in the day.

Would still like to get to them someday.
