Had one of my busiest weekends last weekend. Just took them out of the trunk. Went around Thursday and Friday trying to use the Target coupons. Was gonna try to get the castle and 2 pack together but didn’t pan out. Stores that had limited availability had none. Couldn’t get it to add when alerts constantly hit. Found a store that had castles and wind raider but the tops were sliced open. Finally found a location that had these.

Sorceress had the new knees but first time I encountered one where the legs were stuck. Also might need to do some heat work cause wings are a bit bent. It was nice with the sale, Red Card discount, and $22 card from the Breaker adjustment, it was almost at the Wally clearance price.

At another store ran across this by the Funko shelf.

I opened the Castle Grayskull I got from Amazon. I already got another from Walmart.com. I set it up and put a few of the labels in it. Mainly for the trapdoor, the grate with the monsters, and the view screen. I really like it. Not as detailed as the Classics version but still very fun to mess with.

I came to Origins rather late, so I've decided to go back and start picking up stuff I've missed:

You got Teela with the improved knees; good for you!

I was thinking the other day that Mattel should institute a trade-in program for early buyers of Teela, Lyn and White Sorceress to send in their old-knee figs in exchange for new stock, or at least the leg parts. Is it too far fetched an idea?

Not another figure – a replacement for a faulty product. You’re sending back the original/parts as proof of purchase.

Toy companies don’t do this if it only affects the aesthetics. Why would they? They would be losing on millions of dollars and running changes happens frequently.

Look at Hasbro and Kingdom Galvatron. Galvatron’s arms were misassembled in the first batch run causing the arms be backwards and hang lower than intended. It doesn’t affect the transformation though and even BBTS, which got in first batch said no refunds since the misassembled arms are purely an aesthetics thing and doesn’t affect functionality.

I have a love/hate relationship with the Revelations heads, hands, and accessories being compatible with Origins. I love that it's a thing and hate that it's even more temptation to purchase figures to mix and match.
