That’s when winter of 2022 starts I was wrong on the day though it officially starts December 21, 2021 and ends March 20, 2022. Don’t forget too the figure is much smaller compared to what they’ve done in the past and they also had the resin mold done since they unveiled it back in September and they really made no changes to the mold itself but I do feel like it won’t be ready as well who knows really I’m just posting a possible theory in itself maybe we’ll get more info during Hascon

Everything so far points to end of 2022. I am hoping they show off the noted likely changes to the mold at Hascon at least though.

No, it doesn't. If the year is 2021 then it's not part of 2022. Winter is both at the beginning and end of a calendar year. It also takes 12-18 months for production. This isn't getting delivered till the end of 2022

The original Pulse UK page said December 2022. Plus, You said it, December 2021 is in 2021, Winter 2022 starts in 2022.

He's right though that the 'winter' season for sales/retail falls at the beginning of a calendar year.

Winter 2022 is the wrong phrase for them to use, should have said Fall 2022.

Or Q4 2022 most appropriately, given Fall/Autumn will nearly be over by the time VS is out, and Winter is confusing as it spans two years.

I'm thinking Hasbro is using marketing seasons, not meteorological seasons, under which Winter 2022 would generally mean Q4, or October through December.

Don't get me wrong, if Victory Saber somehow ships in February I'm not waiting until Q4 to open the box!

I would think that is part of the point. Winter 2022 gives them a few months in 2022 but it also gives them a little wiggle room to spill over in to 2023 if they encounter production delays.

Yes it does look it up, Winter of 2022 officially starts December 21, 2021 and ends in March 20, 2022 but like I said it’s just a theory it would be great to have him soon yes but I don’t think we’ll have him till Q4 of 2022 which Hasbro should have posted on there website

They haven't even made toolsets for Victory Saber yet. There's zero possibility he's coming in a few months.

But generally that's called Fall, not Winter. Winter in those scenarios usually means like Jan-Mar, at least in my experience.

I think ultimately, using a season term was a poor choice, as it obviously leads to confusion.

I agree just wish they would clarify when he would actually drop but like I said before he’s a much smaller scale figure compared to the other stuff they’ve done on Haslab so honestly it could release sooner but I doubt it especially with all the delays they’ve been having with the other Haslab Products

You were saying? Because Google disagrees with you, "winter 2021 northern hemisphere will begin on Tuesday, December 21 2021 and end on Sunday March 20, 2022". Plus, like has been stated, production takes at least a year. He's not coming in 2021, period.

Q4 is October to December in calendar business year. Q4 in fiscal year is March-June.

I think "Winter 2022" means Q4 calendar business year. I'm guessing eight months of production, three months to ship, one month to distribute. That would put us solidly on track for Q4.

No, that depends entirely on the company. The company I work for has a fiscal year of Sep-Aug. Companies can structure their fiscal years however they want, as long as it's 12 consecutive months.

But whenever anything refers to quarters, it follows the calendar year.

Love this little debate about when it’s coming haha!

Guys it’s coming next year by around December time. It still has a lot to go. It’s only been what a week since it the campaign ended? Making molds doesn’t take a couple of months.

Dude you basically proved my point and thank you but let me clarify again all I said was I was curious since on the Haslab page it clearly states Winter of 2022 and I'm sure they mean December of 2022 or Q4 and all. Officially winter of 2022 starts in 2021 but for the Star Saber figure itself again will most likely drop in December of 2022 all I was saying it was theory it would be cool for him to drop in early 2022 yes it would but I know that is not the case like I said it was a theory so there is no need to jump down peoples throats for just mere curiosity
