    My Phantoscope arrived today as well. I can’t believe how great he looks next to Sky Lynx. I know it’s not canon - but it’s now canon for me that he’s part of the team along with Astroworks.

    Also, the joints are still tight. This little mold just won’t quit :)

    hey gang...i found an extra jazz that i accidentally forgot about.

    it is still nice and minty and never opened or touched.

    if anyone needs one just let me know. it will easily be cheaper than RTB and fleabay.

    Got the Datsun bros from a fellow board member for a decent price considering the aftermarket. They’re cool little figures, and I appreciate the amount of accessories too. Can’t recall what Bluestreak and Smokescreen looked like in the comics, but I’m pretty sure they didn’t look identical to Prowl, so I tried to vary their appearance; but I’m glad they give you options. Tolerance-wise they’re good, aside from Bleustreak’s shoulders and elbows, they will need a little shock oil. Backpacks seem to tab on securely too, which is nice.
    Glad to have them added to the collection, especially Prowl since he was a more prominent character in 2005 IDW.
    I also found Starscream on eBay, and did indeed buy it…wasn’t cheap, but the seller offered $25 off, which helped.

    Still need the Datsun Bros - aiming for $150 for the set, just can't bring myself to pay more than $50 per figure for dudes this old and small, despite the rarity. I have the Blue Bluestreak version of the mold, and it's decent so would not mind having the others, but I won't lose sleep if it never happens.

    Yeah, they go for 150 on Taobao, so I'll probably pull the trigger at some point.

    That's what I've been holding out for! Closest Datsun Bros in Iron Factory scale are Magic Square, but so far they've only managed to release 1 out of 3.

    I got PT's Bruticus (KO of IF's), and after using the knee joint I couldn't tuck it back in, it's incredibly tight! I unscrewed both screws but the thing still wouldn't budge. I actually put the screw driver where it's supposed to attach to onslaught and stressed it trying to get it out.

    Any ideas?

    EDIT: pff. a minute after posting this I just inserted onslaught's joint into it and flexed it like it was bruticus' knee. worked. still don't understand why this thing is so tight even without its screws.

    Can confirm! Mine is also ludicrously tight. Eventually it moved, after dangerous levels of force were foolishly applied.

    Also can someone confirm for me if the Jetfire mold is taller or shorter than the Nova Prime/Optimus/nightmare & mirror commander mold? I tried looking on Google but different perspectives and poses show variations in height. Thanks in advance
