I didn't think these cybertronians modes where going to be in sufficient numbers to populate an entire shelf.
I was all set to mix and match them across my collection. I was wrong.
I'm pleasantly surprised.

 

I'm sure this has been done numerous times but, I parts-swapped the pelvis (there is a single screw but there are two pegs glued in) and the upper torso (the entire assembly from the mushroom peg up) from WFT Netflix Impactor onto Siege Impactor. For clarity, the entire leg assembly from the hips down is from the Siege version. I would have liked to swap out the dark plastic the purple shoulders are pinned to (the piece that pops onto the mushroom pegs) as well as the neck/head but, I'm not about that flat pin life nor heating to remove them.



The wasit hinge was easier to knock out than I expected but, I did need my double faced mallet and the proper pin punch to get the knurled end out (I could push it out by hand force with the pin punch at that point).

I worked a lot of the pelvis in half with just my fingers but I think I had to gently use a nylon spudger to break the adhesive seal on the right side (your right when views from the back). I don't recall exactly because, I had to use spudgers (there was definitely a flat metal spudger used towards the end) to break the adhesive bonds on my Marvel Selects Thanos (the MCU redeco/retool of the comic version) and trim the wide front peg on the left (your right if face to face) side so that I could have the collar properly centered. One of those toys had a lot of flex on the nylon spudger (I'm fairly certain it was Impactor because I wouldn't dare use a metal one against two pieces of rigid plastic). I thought I snapped that peg off of Impactor because there was a loud snap/pop when the adhesive seal broke but, the pegs were fine. YMMV on how difficult this is and if anything is damaged in the process (both versions of my Impactor received no damage). I didn't glue the pelvis halves back together as they sit completely flush. I don't think the glue is needed but, I might apply some just to be safe in case the hip movement is too much for the pelvis.

I really need to try to press the flat pins that attach the silver piece on the left leg (your right if face to face) in more so that the entire piece sits flush like it's supposed to (this looks like a common issue).

Yeah, bought him just recently. Really nice colour scheme. A bit of an impulse buy from Hasbro Pulse ( no pun intended). I'd had the ER Thundercracker/Skywarp on pre-order with BBTS for ages and they just kept postponing them. Then I thought...well I've got Siege Thundercracker, and he works well in robot mode with ER Starscream. This guy's colours aren't quite Skywarp but they look good. Couple other little gun-bots included too, why not. ER pair cancelled. The jets aren't that great anyway.

I kinda like mixing the lines anyway.
