I can attest to the slightly different color schemes for Heatwave and Chase. I found both in Target and love the color on both. Heatwave is especially striking. Even if you have these molds, these are worth getting

 

For non-Americans like me, Amazon is really the only place you can get Chase without having to buy a whole case (at Entertainment Earth), and since Chase is short-packed (one Chase to two Heatwaves), it is over-priced on Amazon at this time.
So I have three of the four Classic Heroes Team toys... and am just hoping that wave 2 shows up in Australia for me to get Chase as well.
(and then figure out how to get the Bumblebee 3-pack for a decent price as well, as it doesn't appear to be coming here)

I’ve struck out on the Bumblebee 3 pack as well. Probably end up paying a bit more than I’d like. We are fortunate to have Target carrying these. And you do see way more of the Heatwave.

That bigger Optimus Prime just hit our area as well last week.

They were released in the UK, at least - they're all available on HasbroToyShop UK eBay store.

At this point, I'm hoping they show up at U.S. discount retailers like the Bumblebee 3-pack did.
