It does look nice. But the print striations kinda suck. Maybe I’ll get it for the handle and splice it with the Nonnef blade…

 

I'm not thrilled about any existing Slug / Slag sword solution, although Nonnef's is easily the worst looking one. BDT has the most stylized look. MW's actually doesn't look too bad, but I'd rather not have the rest of the kit.

There is one LED sword being advertised for both dinos although it's clearly Grimlock-style. My main complaint is that it's short despite how it looks in pics. The LED function doesn't work nearly as nice as the ZX Grimlock LED sword. The handles are also annoyingly loose. Dunno who makes them. The paint finish is so so, although could also benefit from repainting.

 

No one other than 115 Studio made a gap-filler/leg upgrade kit for Siege Doubledealer correct?

Speaking of them, I got their Fangry kit in my eBay shipment today and I'm actually impressed by it. Very well made and excellent paint apps. It's such a simple design but does so much.

I'm very impressed with the Matrix Studio Superion and Defensor weapons. Wow, are they nice. Crisp paint apps, everything fits just right (not too snug, not too loose) and they're surprisingly hefty.

I got the no-name hand upgrade kits for Sky Shadow/Overlord and man, what a difference they make. Oddly enough, though... Only the connector and 5mm adapter are 3d printed, the hands themselves are clearly injection molded. I don't know who the hands belong to, but they did a pretty nice job on them. The printed parts are nice and sturdy, too.

Loving the simplicity of the Matrix Studio Wreck-Gar kit. A rifle and an ax handle extension. Can't go wrong!

Bought the Megatron wrist covers for my G2 Megatron but the shipping company (not the seller) sent me black instead of green and I'm being offered a replacement in green or a $3.00 refund. Honestly, I'm going with the refund, because chances are they'll just send the wrong color again and it'll be even more time. Just not worth the hassle.

 

Yea it looked like it was printed at a really low resolution. I was considering thinking about getting one and refinishing it but, not if it's terrible beyond that.

 

Nice. I went a different way with my Mirage "box", although more 1984 Sunbow than Siege.

Just to clarify, that eBay listing is actually unauthorized (daimchoc may have mis-typed that) and has been reported. Please do not support such theft by making a purchase of it.

We do not have any authorized China-based merchants, and, accounts based there should more often than not be viewed as a red flag for such matters.

They have it credited to Funbie Studios but are they daigou/reselling your kits or cloning them?
Edit: Ok after checking out Funbie Studios' website (didn't know they are locals), it seems they only sell the .stl so the Taobao version is definitely them printing and painting it themselves unauthorized. Legality and ethics of this is very grey so I'm removing the link.

 

Just got my rhinox kingdom, and i think its possible to make an upper jaw with teeth on a spring loaded part, so it can retract in when you close the lower jaw...

 

Upcoming ZX / MSS kit: Showed earlier version before. Shoulder clips and missile launcher for Kingdom Mirage. Maybe that Maximal Grimlock kit is still on track then.


Upcoming Go Better kit: New adjustable cannon and spoilers for Kingdom Red Alert.

 

Wow! That Red Alert kit looks great. Will be getting that. Expect a Sideswipe set will follow too.
