    I had a similar problem. The grey swivel part that holds the "wings" weren't fully pinned all the way in.

    It's nearly impossible to have the clearance to work on pushing that capped pin further so I made a little contraption consisting of some pliers and a small thick screw taped to one end and the other end covered with some tape/sticky note to prevent plier marks when squeezing the capped pin further in and it worked

    i never thought all it would take was a roof and good paintjob to make me like the sideswipe mold but that's all it took lmao

    rotf sideswipe is one of my favorite ss figures now, and even beat sidearm as my favorite sideswipe figure

    So, I got SS 78 Sideswipe in last night and I can't figure out whether I like him or SS 29 Sideswipe, better. I like the open cockpit of the convertible, but there's something about this hardtop version that just looks amazing in hand. I'm going to be getting rid of one of 'em and I can't figure out which one it should be. I'm leaning towards keeping 78. He's really that good.
