So I will probably end up cancelling my showz orders given that combined I will save $20usd through Bigbadtoys and get them a little quicker. I am in Canada so shipping costs from either site will be the same for me.
Yea just canceled my z order for the bbts, definitely excited for this figure just from the sheer size
The base price is lower but Showz's shipping is around half the price of BBTS to where I live. So Showz for me is still cheaper, but still a far cry from the $50 I was hoping for.
Love child of Prime and Megs: (Shotgun wedding) Maybe NBK can make a Megs headsculpt to replace Prime's in the future. The reviewer said the quality is OK, not the best, some sprue marks, but overall he is very satisfied, especially when compared to the price.
I don't think anything in this world comes with a wall mount. No bike, TV, nerf gun, or any gun, etc. Just buy wall mounts. There's probably a bunch of DIY alternatives to wall mounts online. You have higher hopes wishing it came with a stand, but even then it already has a kick stand.
You know he could possibly work as a gun for FansToys Fortress Maximus. I know this is chug like but i think it could work.
I hope there is a way to give him a neck. Macross figures have a ball joint neck that compresses for transformation. Maybe someone could make an upgrade kit for that?
He didn't, he just didn't like the sound of the ratchets, but I'm guessing it's not an issue since it wasn't mentioned (I've seen him mention looseness in his other reviews before). They seemed strong based on the video. But I also don't know how impartial his review is, considering NBK sent out early copies to a bunch of these reviewers, not sure if they all got it free or at a discount. He also mentioned that the waist swivel is hindered by the backpack, and it also can't do the superhero landing pose bcos the body is too long, and arms too short, so it'll look ugly. Seems like better quality than NBK's Gravity Builder KO tho, since he mentioned that he was expecting the low quality of that KO, but was surprised that it was so much better. I also realised he forgot to use the plastic shell casings for the bullets, that's why he had trouble firing them.
Keep in mind you’ll need to pay for shipping and TAX on BBTS. That and that they are never on time, so you can expect your PO to arrive 3-6 months after Showz.

I just saw these up for order on BBTS and didn't look at the specs, so I thought they were legends class or something... came here to see people talking about wanting them packaged in robot mode to get past customs in case they were mistaken for real guns and went back to look at the sizes (and also checked out more posts here)... both now ordered... at that scale, there's far too much awesome to say "no"
