    Thanks for the heads up, knew I’d seen it somewhere on the thread.
    Yeah missed out more due to the size of the guy, I’ll be giving it some serious thought but I’m not sure I have space for a Titan class robot anywhere at the moment.

    Now I used to have some issues with TFS/Omegalock/Genesis Toys/Purple Monkey Dishwasher/Whatever they call themselves next month, but they are a solid store, good customer service, and you get the odd Bargain.

    However I will never understand separating the sites like that. I dunno, I guess the TFS site is where you'ryou're getting it direct from supplier (dunno how that was swung) so stops delays...but at the same time could that not have been an option in a drop down on the site?

    Although I wonder if it's more of a way to allow easier shipping to non-UK countries? I suppose that makes a bit more sense post Brexit...but I still don't get the need for an entirely separate account and site.

    TR was the peak of the Prime Trilogy before Hasbro unfortunately troughed hard in POTP, I'm kinda glad that the Horrorcons ended up more compact & less hollow after the wide open spaces of the latter larger Prime Trilogy!

    I'd really like to congratulate Royal Fail on their sterling service and speedy delivery of my dispatched item, I'd *like* to however they have delivered it BACK TO ME - THE PERSON WHO SENT IT.
    Holding the line for an irate phone call, as RM's website doesn't have a 'please tell us how we F***ed it' option, I've circled the help pages 3 time now trying to find how to get a tracked item likely now marked "delivered" back out to the CORRECT destination.

    SS86 Slag is an interesting one. Forget everything you think you know about how to transform him. Lower jaw becoming chest flap? Nope. Visible toe syndrome? Nope. Collapsing chest section so big wide chested robot and uniform dino? Check.
    20211015_162417.jpg

    Honestly that collapsing chest is fantastic. I'm really looking forward to the rest. I hope Snarl is exactly the same size as this as I think MP Grimlock and FT Stomp would help make a really nice set of dino scaled Dinobots. I know they're the same size in the cartoon and a lot of the comics, but I’ve always had a fanon where Sludge is biggest, then Grimlock, with Swoop the smallest. I'll probably still buy all five of these even then.

    Absolutely no regrets selling my Iron DiBots for £1k!

    I love the aesthetic but almost everything about this guy feels cheap tbh, ironic considering he retails at £35. The black wash on the body really works from a slight distance but looks terrible up close.

    @MyTea Boc,
    Cheers Brian, I often have trouble sleeping but I tried to make the most of it and did some dusting and a bit of rearranging of shelves that I'd been putting off for a couple of weeks so I felt better once I'd got that done....due to space issues I'm rotating most of my Marvel Legends X-Villains out of display for a bit so all the Age of Apocalypse figures can come back out as I now have the outstanding MAFEX Magneto to add to that lineup and will be getting Sabertooth & Legion from the 2nd ML wave at the very least....possibly more if I can squeeze 'em in as the BAF of Colossus looks great!

    @Siege Fan,
    Those Metal Slug figures look great!......so for obvious reasons I'm not going to look at them any further :p

    Incidentally my Ram Man has eyebrows so a positive result on the QC front! :D

    I let Rebecca ferret observe him whilst I did the springy leg gimmick.....she was suitably unimpressed :D

    Ah, so C+C have told me to pretty much sort the issue with Slug with Hasbro as they've got no replacements. Hmmm.

    In separate news, I've found one of my grails and it's on its way to me. Pics when it arrives...

    I don't know why, but i find it immensely satisfying when figures can cross their arms across their chests convincingly. 20211015_174046.jpg

    Tell them it's unfit for purpose and ask for a returns label, it's totally on them to take it up with their distributor/Hasbro. The goods are faulty.

    Hovered over the buy button for mechfans blitz and wreckgar but at £32.50 each I'm starting to feel legends aren't really worth it anymore. Lovely figures but do I really want to replace what I already have or even have smaller doubles of evreything that much?

    Time to have a think about how many will need replacing and if it's really worthwhile.

    For s3 I'm after a larger wreckgar (have hasbro) , arcee, blur (have both dx9) , sandstorm and a new springer

    For s1 it's Blitzwing (have IF) , trailbreaker, jazz, sunstreaker, wheeljack and mirage

    I'll probably still buy wreckgar but when I can get the ss86 voyager cheaper in the hasbro pulse sale it tells me mft are getting a bit big for their britches and I'm strongly considering voting with my wallet

    I hope ss sludge is a commander, but somehow i think he'll be another leader. Had this been rumoured/confirmed anywhere yet?

    In other news, I've also managed to grab a couple of my grails (probably not as rare as yours/others) recently. Will post some pics when I get some time to take them....

    Last rumour i heard was swoop was a voyager, the rest were leaders. But i am a bit out of the loop so that could easily have changed.
