I just had something similar happen. As long as it keeps moving and updating I think you're ok. I just had a package make 8 stops before getting to me. Never had that happen before.

It got delivered today I was just worried as i have a ton of stuff with October ship dates on preorder. It's only ever the things I get from BBTS that do this. And this one spent 3 days 30 minutes from my house.

I know logistics I do them for my day job it less the storms now after Ida yeah the airport area where DHL, Amazon, UPS and FedEx are was out of power for weeks after (also my job that literally can see the planes on the runway at the areport from outer parking lot). Labor shortages maybe Bigger issue as I've had to make round trip New Orleans to Montgomery Alabama in a single day to ship gear because sending it freight is getting harder and more expensive for the amount we usually ship.

 

I am in the same boat man. My Tracks did finally arrived in my Pile of Loot this week.

I am still waiting on the Rainmakers, Gnaw and Slag as well. BBTS better hurry, because my loot ends in about 46 days. I would like them all to be shipped together at once. (Besides, all this order was done in one transaction as well. SMH)

 

The only good thing about things coming in late is I can order without fear of going over on my card

The reason I ordered 2 Sharkticons each from TCP, Pulse and BBTS. I knew they would never be in at the same time at 3 places. Ironically BBTS was the first to get them in, followed by TCP, and hoping for 11/1 for Pulse.

 

My Pile Of Loot arrived today (5 business days after shipping via Flat-Rate shipping). It was 13 items but they split it into 2 shipments and did what I hoped that they had done. They sent standard-grade Earthrise Omega Supreme in a separate shipment, and for icing on the cake, they left it sealed in the factory SIOC box (with an orange ungraded sticker on one end) and wrapped that in thick bubble wrap (the square waffle kind) and stuck that in a shipping box. Glorious packing is glorious. Everything else was nested in another shipment (nothing was individually padded but IIRC correctly from way back in the day it's always been like that) and said nesting was wrapped in thick bubble wrap (the square waffle kind) and stuck in a shipping box. All the manufacturer's packaging was pretty nice (and far outweighed my exceptions of standard grade).

My Marvel Select Thanos (the newer comic mold in the MCU coloured costume with MCU head sculpts) was a floppy mess and the collar was glued on way, way, way off center (it's level but heavily turned to the right; your left if face to face) so I will probably look into an exchange on that.

The rest of the merchandise (I haven't checked the 2 Earthrise Quintessons yet because I'm exhausted from checking toys lol) was in fantastic condition other than Earthrise Megatron wanting to constantly fall backwards but, I'm fairly certain that's because the new tank pieces on the back are dummy thicc and make the toy top heavy AF because it's not a floppy mess nor is it loose. I'll probably unscrew the turret rotation base again (I had to earlier to push the head panel up as it was stuck down) and add some weight to the hollow section under it and towards the front in order to help weight distribution. ALL HAIL SIEGE MEGATRON!!!1

 

I'm tentatively referring to these as "ThreeZero R.E.D." figures. Halfway between R.E.D. and DLX price point. Hard to tell if the quality is there or not--but he looks nice, apart from the big-ass floppy ears. I'd watch an in-hand review before buying, personally...

Sent them an email and they got back to me in 15 minutes. The current PoL was too far in progress for them to stop it.

Whats BBTS return policy like? Broke the first time I combined it coming straight out of the box.

 

I never believe the tracking on BBTS. It is usually 1 day off. They have a link to the carriers website for the tracking on the tracking pages. It is more informative.

 

You’ll need to contact them. They will either send you a replacement piece if they can get it, or you’ll have to return the broken figure and wait for them to send you a new one.

 

Email them with pictures and be polite and ask what you should do. Last time I had an issue they sent me a replacement with no return of the damaged item required. YMMV
