ha! awesome pic @Dutchy79 !! a few days ago did the same thing with a Hauler that showed up broken from Hjz that he wouldn't replace. Shout out to my Weijiang OsOs ko Hulkie that been holding it down til the minute MS ships the rest. This WJ 2xOS, actually sizes up best to MS Menasor of all the currently released combiners.

 

Really? I always thought he was supposed to be I've of the reputable ones. I hope you made a PayPal claim against him.

 

Been shady for a while now, also cleared out most of the items he had.
Went from having a full store to almost nothing overnight.
Made just a few orders in the past and each got shipped in shitty bubble envelope package, so I quit that store a long time ago

 

Last I checked (yesterday) hzj401's eBay store still had a ton of items available, including newly added Wreck-Gar.

That said, their prices, even for loose/no box, haven't been as competitive lately, so I just haven't needed to buy from them as much. Show-Z and Baba have had similar or lower prices, and for sure the after-purchase support has been solid (I've had to ask both stores for help on a few things now and then, have had zero problems or pushback). While hzj401 never did me wrong like he did @TurtleCaps, the one or two times I did have to get replacements he did help but it took a bit of teeth-pulling/reminding.

Still, I wouldn't go so far as to say their store is shady. But there are better options available now.

 

Strange, just checked a sec a go and all I see is 1 page of items wich 4 of them are transformers.
I just keep it to Aliexpress and Show Z now.

 

Weird! Maybe their store doesn't ship to The Netherlands as much for some reason? I just checked and 167 listings, including the usual "buffet" grouped listings, are available to the US.

 

@OCProwl yeah man, he was my go to for years. I was griping in these threads a while back,,, but gave that dude like $3k in business over 2 years and he wouldn't replace it! Offered to pay half for a new one, even make an additional order of $100 of bots I didn't really want on the spot just to get a replacement and he wouldn't help me out so I completely stopped buying from him.

Then his prices changed which made his loose stuff the same as ShowZ or anyone else new and boxed, so he was no longer worth while. I figured after all the stuff he had supplied me over the years, it wasn't worth filing a claim, so he just lost me as a customer.

hey great pic man. but what setup is that? i don't think i have seen that one yet it looks really good.

 

It's a JoyToy diorama kit lol. It's meant for their 1:18 soldiers line but since those figures are 3.75"-4", the base builder kits are thus about the perfect size for our Legends stuff. It's got nice paint and weathering as well, plus I got that entire hangar for $40.

hahaha, dude, even as a kid in the 80s the lack of articulation killed me. I was like c'mon guys, even LEGO dudes are more articulated!

Not my favorite character, but Hun-Gurr was probably my fav bot I owned because he was actually somewhat pose-able.

 

lol... maybe that's why some bot collectors line all their figs up in completely static poses
