I'd like to see what they could do with the combiners if freed from normal concerns about having to get each team member fitting into a specific retail size and price.

I’d be happy to do some really small scale repaint stuff that Generations Selects isn’t planning on doing.

Limited run productions of stuff like Dark Designs Rhinox, toy colors Dinobot, etc.

A large Teletran 1 playset scaled for Voyager and Deluxe scaled bots, not that small single computer thing from the Titan class Arc.

I am 99% sure godginrai wont be a Haslab thing. He is a Optimus Prime, even though we know he is not. He will sell good on mainline..cant see it happening.

I can see them going in for a combiner next and I think if they want something obscure that wont really fit into stores and mainline is : Monstructor

But I know he was is pretender but I say that will increase the price and will make the bots size hindered if they do shells. So just do the robots and do him big, towering and the full menece he comes off as in the comics.

Since the WFC style of figures has been the focus of HasLab, so far, then why not more Japanese characters?

A 2pk of Lio Convoy and Big Convoy would be cool. One of the tiers could be a repaint of Optimus Primal in his Burning colors.

A Robot Masters Megatron (the one with the Optimus Prime decoy head) but one with a more convincing head gimmick.

Here are some ideas for the US audience.

Ancients 3pk - Alpha-Trion, Sentinel Prime, and The Fallen.

Unicron Head Playset, this would be more for the SS86 figures. Tiers for this one could be additional accessories, like the monitor screens, or the melting pits. Maybe a couple of eye accessories for when Starscream tried to make a deal with Unicron by getting him new eyes.

Maybe an ultimate weapons set with backdrops for both Autobot and Decepticon bases.

DecepticonThrone with a more proper Megatron but in CHUG scale.

I wouldn’t mind if they did “squads” that Generation Selects likely wouldn’t cover. Things like:

    The Welcoming Committee
    Cyclonus’s Armada
    Junkion Attack Squad/Dance Party
    The Throttlebots
    Omnibots
Air Warriors (the generic purple seekers from the pilot miniseries)

I don’t know if anyone mentioned it yet but I would fund / buy every single on-screen character from Animated that didn’t get made.

To this day I still can’t believe there were so many characters from that show who never got toys lol.

At the very least, I’d love to see all of Team Chaar and all of Rodimus’s team made.

    Victory combiners.
human pack Daniel, spike, team rodimus and so on.
play set, like actual cannons for bots to man, walls, medic bay that kinda thing.
Cybertron G1, with Unicron this makes sense this, also sense g1 primus doesn't really have a robot mode they can go nuts with the design side (I know Cybertron primus but that's not g1)

Most of everything else can easily be done mainline

Powermaster Optimus is an obvious one.

Not sure what else I’d want.

I don't think I'd really want anything much "smaller" than Victory Saber via Haslab. We've gotten some insanely niche and obscure stuff at retail/selects already and unless you're making a large figure (Galaxy Shuttle w/base) or a large team (Monstructor, Liokaizer, etc) I'd rather see it in retail, even if it meant some minor delays/compromises. Crowdfunding really sucks if you're short on money at the time, or only become interested in the toy later on. I'd rather keep Haslab as "special events" than just "a more exclusive store exclusive".

One just occured to me that would fit what we've seen so far with Victory (Character beloved but from a small section of the fandon): Tarn.

A Commander Class Tarn figure could easily be a smaller Haslab project. Just obscure enough that Hasbro wouldn't want to do a mainline release but popular enough to win a vote.

Thought of another one: RID 2001 Optimus. With or without Magnus.

As solid as the original toy is, I’d still be interested to see a modern take on it.

If it doesn’t include Magnus there is no reason for it to be Haslab. Would rather it be leader/ commander tbh.

Oh, I agree, it should be a set. But if the thread is specifically asking about smaller things, so I figured without Magnus it would count as smaller. :)

But yeah, the set of two would be much more in the spirit and price range of a Haslab project.

Nah I think smaller would be like the Victory Saber Haslab. I think that a God Fire Convoy set would come to about Victory Saber price.
