Easy pass. Not a fan of the Unicron Trilogy whatsoever. I'd like a TR Metroplex reissue, or a Nemesis to compliment the Ark.

It especially reeks of bullshit considering that given the precedent being set by Legacy, any new Animated figures would most likely be somewhat G1ified and not have the 'disgusting' stylized aesthetic Nekoman seems to hate so much.
We do, Hasbro's already said they're sticking with it for the foreseeable future.

From what I gathered just looking the name up, he seems to be in a higher up corporate position and likely was the one who recieved this slideshow. Wouldn't be surprised if this was an individual store manager or supervisor who leaked these images, or an intern at corporate offices.

I feel like they should have just re-released a Cliff jumper repaint with lots of cheap accessories to qualify for titan class. And make the price even higher...

Edit: I should have said an Airwave repaint (white)

Actually... what if Tidal Wave is Metroplex's opposite number?

If they go off show height the RID Trains were all pretty big. Rail Racer would essentially be 3 Leaders combining, which would constitute Titan IMO. Im expecting a new Baldigus to be however big this upcoming Menasor is, which is probably around the same height as the CW combiners.

Yeah but they’re construction vehicles like Devastator, just add one or two more members, make them Voyagers and BAM!!
As for Primus, his original toy was shorter than Unicron, so they could give us a none HasLab Titan around the size of Fort Max.

Is there any chance they would do a selects repaint/remold into G1 Metroplex like they did with Black Zarak?

It's a shame Hasbro seems to care only about accuracy with G1 nowadays. I miss classic CHUG where they took more creative liberties.

Don't think so, but it would be neat to see a metrotitan repaint or something for no reason ngl

Damn. Looks awesome. This will be the second Titan I actually bother with. Now if someone would kindly leak pics of G2 Laser Optimus Prime, please?

Actually, if anything, isn't Armada Overload Tidal Wave's opposite number?

Originally yes, but in terms of titans.
    G1 Metroplex vs Typticon
    Fort Max vs Scorps
    Omega vs Devy
    Cybertron Metroplex vs Tidal Wave.

I'd rather just buy the 4 that were in the show instead of them making up 2 extra members. Whats more important to me is retaining the Tornado Merge aspect instead of making him more like Devastator.

I just cant with the unicron trilogy ..... but the figure looks great for the character. I'm happy for everyone that loves that trilogy and characters.

I'd rather just have the original members as well, although Scoop and Quickmix exist, so we could theoretically have that as an Autobot version of the Constructicons. Wedge, Hightower, Grimlock, Heavy Load/Landfill (He's the third Double Targetmaster), Scoop, and Quickmix to mirror Devastator's components.
