Glad to finally skip a Titan. If I wanted a Cybertron Metroplex I’d get the original anyway.

Cool, maybe no more minicons, I never liked that gimmick, but thought some main characters looked cool. If minicons are made, they will probably be sold seperately for those who want them like weaponizers or target masters I would guess so the people who don't want minicons don't have to buy them but can still enjoy having the main figure.

Yeah, I've no doubt it will be more than satisfying (Not to mention that SS86 Hot Rod is a damn good mould and deserves to be exploited more).
Love Beast Wars but QUITE A LOT of the figures would benefit from modern engineering, particularly most of Transmetals 2 which were basically the prologue to the disaster that was the Beast Machines line.

I own the original toy, so this is going to be the first titan class toy I skip! Funny to think that I've bought literally every other Titan figure lol.

I'm happy for everyone who wants this tho. I always think it's a bit sad when people complain about a toy being made that they want. If you don't want it, don't buy it!

Well the original one isn't even 14 inches tall. So I guess they're betting on the extra 8 inches justifying the $190 price tag.

I will say that his bot form looks to be better than the Ark's but just like the Ark I'll wait for a reasonable discount.

By that logic we probably shouldn't have most of the WFC

There is, nothing about that that looks like it could turn into a city mode? Its just Metroplex's excavator mode. Its how its always been

But count me in the surprised they didn't do Tidal Wave first. I'm in for this (Love ol' Metroplex), but surprised we didn't get Tidal Wave first given he tends to show up more

    I'ma be honest.
Looks cool, and I'm glad they're doing non-G1 characters as Titans, but I also don't care about Titans anymore.

Not even close. A handful of them maybe, but especially during the UT a lot of them were bricks with bad proportions and gimmicks obstructing articulation. Scale also tended to be pretty off, and in lines like Beast Machines most of the toys looked nothing like the show designs.

    Calm yourself down, bub.

Even if it is a whole new mold, it's still a shit toy. Worst alt mode ever. Hard pressed to think of something I would want less.

Scalped to high heaven and might as well be categorized as unreleased since no one can get one

Easy pass, the big four were done (Metroplex, Fort Max, Trypitcon, and Scorporonk). Did the Ark sell well? Majority of the four main city bots sales were probably a lot higher due to MP G1 collectors buy them.

Lol, yeah, I wouldn't put it past HasTak to do that, probably pack it in with someone like Quickslinger or Overcast

Legacy leaks already? Hope Hasbro gets on top of the reveals before the usual reviewers get their slimey hands on them...

I don't really have anything to say about this as a figure tho, I have no connection to the character, or trilogy for that matter, and the design isn't that appealing.

Maybe not "divisive", especially not to Energon Prime levels, but I know the super mode "fish-lips" head sculpt drew some criticism. Plus people still weren't accustomed to the more brick-ish Armada toys, so the unposeable trailer legs rubbed people the wrong way.
