This for me the Repair van alt mode has grown on me a lot in the past hours since this reveal that it's Jackie and as long as he's G1 WJ with VW bus parts I'm good.
and can anyone good with photoshop or fanart drawn G1 looking Wheeljack with this VW bus parts?

 

But still it did numbers and got the franchise up and running regardless of how bad or controversial these films are (also Kylo Ren is great and is one of my favorite characters from his mask alone.)

 

they've said the film takes inspiration from terminator 2 so im wondering if the terrocons might be reformatted transformers sent from the future similar to the kingdom show, scourge being optimus, and nightbird being blackarachnia

Honestly do not care what alt-mode a character takes.
As long as it generally fits with said character, and the bot modes look good.

 

If it's a time travel story then they really are following the Fox X-Men way.

 

They're taking inspiration from Terminator 2's action is what they've said.

Whether or not it will be time travel related like Terminator 2 is still yet to be seen.

 

I’ll say this (and get flack for it probably) regardless of TFA’s being my first SW movie in theaters. I legit love it top 5 or 6 for sure. Sure it’s very similar to ANH but still I legit just love and enjoy it. And also Kylo is great in each film.

 

Woooo the vehicles look amazing! Can't wait to see the toys!

 

They're the only modern Star Wars movies though (not including spin-offs).

 

The only time-travel I feel will be in it is the Maximal and Preds time traveling back in time (from how Steven described them).

 

They have been successful but the quality of the sequel trilogy is mixed at best.

 

Well thinking about it now, the van seems like an outlier amongst the rest of the Autobots. I mean it could be Wheeljack but it doesn't have that kind of aesthetic I guess. Like all the other bots, you can tell who's who pretty much, and there is a degree of faithfulness to the character (excluding Mirage, who could still be very accurate in robot mode). I see the motorbike and instantly could tell it was Arcee, and I look at the Skyline and can tell it's Nightbird because of the colors. The bus just doesn't have that sort of feeling like the other vehicles do.

Admittedly, the idea that the bus might be someone else is really just wishful thinking. Even so, it could still be another character and I'm hoping it is. If it is Wheeljack, he could always just change altmodes (it'd be another toy to sell)

 

I exaggerated slightly. Most people liked it.

 

We don't for sure, but Wheeljack has been mentioned is a couple of social media posts from a crew member, and the VW has yet to be identified officially, so it seems to add up. I'm sure there will be confirmation one way or the other.

I’m not too ecstatic about the movie, I just don’t feel like it’s gonna be a wower, and idk. However, I am excited for the gtr nightbird as a figure. And that scourge honestly would be decent, but hey, idk time will tell.

 

the more i look at the terrorcon logo i just dont think they made it obvious enough that they work for unicron
